My signage explicitly instructs solicitors not to knock or ring the doorbell. I did not request a sales visit. I find this disregard for homeowners' clearly expressed boundaries unacceptable. I would not consider doing business with a company whose representatives conduct themselves this way.

Overall, the adobe is in great condition but needed some patch work from the previous homeowner nailing things to the walls, damage from tile removal, and blending new mortar with old on an adobe wall addition. I did an exhaustive search for adobe repair and came across Adobe King. The owner Adan came out and took a look. They were able to repair 70 year old adobe to look new. They patched holes and reshaped broken adobe blocks using mortar. I was impressed at the craftsmanship in painting the bricks to appear natural. I am very detail oriented and the finished product surpassed my expectations. They were able to renovate these old bricks that are no longer in production. If you are in search for adobe repair or sealant of adobe look no further than Adobe King. Five stars for the finished results, which was what was most important to me, however if I were to factor in their communication skills, they'd be closer to 3.5-4 stars. Getting a hold of them was extremely difficult and we had to repeatedly call them and follow up, but ultimately they came through and did a quality job.
