If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. My husband took his car in for a diagnostic. After being told what repairs were needed, he authorized the work and was later contacted and told the vehicle was ready for pickup. He paid over $1,100 for the repairs, but the vehicle could not even make it out of the parking lot before experiencing the same issue and repeatedly cutting off. When he brought the problem to their attention, the assistant manager claimed the vehicle had been driven to a church and was operating fine. They stated they would inspect it again, but after several days, the vehicle still had not been looked at. Unfortunately, my husband had no choice but to pick up the vehicle and take it to a dealership because it remained unsafe and unreliable to drive. We have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered the business currently holds an F rating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. Ownership may have changed over the years, but the poor management, lack of communication, and failure to properly resolve the issue have made this one of the worst automotive repair experiences we have ever had. read more

This place is an absolutely shit show. Had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30 and was told I was next once a lift opened up. The lift opened at 12:00. They then brought another car into work on before mine. I talked to the guy about it and he said "oh there's another spot open I just have to pull your car into." He lied and pulled my car into a spot to make me think they were working on it. Then at 12:20 they told me they started working on my car and lied. They started working on my car at 1:00. Don't go to this place they are fake, employees are yelling and talking about hanging them selves because they are working to hard. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! read more

I used to work here for 4 and a half years and our owner recently sold at the end of May, June 1st we were taken over by Steve Towers LLC who changed our hours immediately with no remarks of the workers he took over, informed us all pay would remain the same and had us sign paperwork just to reduce everyones wages regardless, and may I include reduced my wages with no notice. fired me for not hiring employees below minimum wage and low performance in sales while we had one technician. Now after almost three months of being wrongfully terminated i still have received no pay. I've reached out multiple times to receive no communication. I wouldn't recommend working here. I put in for an oil change online and decided to drive over to the store and just wait...not knowing that I should wait until they accept my service request right as I was turning onto the lot I got a call to tell me they will see me at my scheduled appointment which was like 45 minutes which was ok because I was in the neighborhood when I scheduled the appointment from Walmart. When I told the gentleman on the phone I was here and I will just wait in the car he told me to come on in...they had several cars in the bay so I knew I would have to wait but as soon as John got me unloaded in the computer they took my car in for my oil change. So excited and the 2 techs and the manager was very polite, professional, personable and not to mention their customers service was awesome. Not only with me but a gentleman that came in for his vehicle, another female customer and another young lady that had her car check but a part needed to be order and she will be back on Thursday to have her car worked on. The manager explained things to her in layman terms and she was just as happy as I was or she seemed pleased with the way she was treated as well! Had catalytic converters replace. The work was ok, but the cost for parts was outrageous. It require 4 converters, 2 front and 2 back. The two back ones when I priced them, one was $99, they charged $600. The other one was $77, they charged $540, exact same part numbers. I realize all repair places make up there parts, but I think this was more than excessive. The 2 front ones were equally inflated. The original estimate included wipers, I install new one myself, told the guy I didn't need them replaced when I took it back in to do the repair, they did it anyway, I assume because it was on the original estimate, charged $52. I think the new owner is a rip off. Don't plan on going back. Had been there many times with the previous owner and was very happy with the cost and results. read more

I took my car here for them to put on 3 tires and they ended up breaking more then they fixed! At first the metal sticker weighs FELL off somehow. I need my car so couldn't go back till the next weekend, dragging my new tires down the road because the balance was off! Took the car back, this time they got me right in and proceeded to impact wrench the hell out of my car! So bad I got up to see if it was my car! They said everything was good now and mentioned I need to replace my cv axel soon! The next weekend I take my car to get the c/m axel replaced and they text me to call the shop! First question they ask, "who was the last person to touch your wheels"? I said Midas, why? He said, well the really messed one wheel up bad and broke the sway bar! You got one stripped wheel stud and one cross threaded stud, the wheel is basically stuck on the car! So I give the store a call, tell them what's going on and they say bring it by! So after work I bring the car by and now the day their master tech isn't here can you leave the car? NO, you told me to come down now! So now I have to go out of my way again, after THREE attempts to simply install 3 tires! I wouldn't trust my bicycle with this shop and won't be taking my car back so they can break more parts! I would avoid this shop with your car and will be telling other folks! read more

Went for an oil change received a $3,000 estimate for all new brakes rotors and something else got it checked out by a family friend said I had 3mm out of 10 left on brake pads and everything else seems to be alright. Midas told me that I probably shouldn't drive home on it that day here we are 3 months later completely fine. Never had this happen before I think it has something to do with the new ownership, $55 full synthetic oil change was worth going tho read more

My daughter had engine work done by Midas. She picked it up on a Friday and by the next Tuesday was having the same issues again. Went back to Midas and their quote to replace the remaining coils was very high, so she took her car to a more reputable garage. Their charge was half of what Midas quoted. We found out the part Midas installed was one of the coils throwing a bad code. The car should have had OEM parts. We went back to Midas with the bad coil to get a refund for the part they installed which didn't work and they refused to refund. Please beware using this Midas store - they over charged us and didn't provide good customer service. read more

I have been getting my oil changed here regularly. I recently had a Groupon for four wheel alignment. Although they don't take Groupons at this location., both Blake and Dylan worked very hard to make sure that my experience was perfect. Would not refund money for a part that did not fix car. they came up with every excuse NOT to refund the money even though the work was done just a few days prior. Car needed the OEM part to fix car, which they were not aware of. They also charged 2x more for the non-oem part which didn't fix the problem. Picked up a nail in a tire. Went in and was greeted by a very helpful lady. She had my vehicle in the shop in 10 minutes. Tire patched and back on the road. Awesome service, fast friendly people. I got my car inspected last month and found out I needed both tire rods fixed. My boyfriend and i called around a few places and this ended up being the best option. There was a little miscommunication on which ones needed to be done, the place I got it inspected at was very vague over the phone and made me unsure of what exactly needed to happen but the manager helped clear it up with me and gave me an even better deal. My mother in law came here by my recommendation after going somewhere else and they wanted to charge her to fix something that didn't need fixed. Midas fixed the problem for a lot less. I got my car fixed there and they did good but they seem to have different prices for things. I was wanting to go there to get my repairs done but I never know how much it is going to cost. Customer service was poor. I went in to have an inspection done around 5 (they close at 6) and the guy told me It would take over an hour. Then they failed me because my seatbelt had a slight, And I mean very slight cut in it. I went across the street and got an inspection and they passed it immediately in about 30 minutes tops. They also tried to charge me over 200$ to replace a ball joint which is a little expensive. Come To find out my ball Joint was perfectly fine. Trucks are supposed to have a little wobble in them. AVOID AT ALL COST. If one star could be given it would. Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops. read more

I will not be going back to a Midas and especially not this location. Went in for an oil change and specifically noted to look at my turn signal since it was out. Not only did they not check any of the lights they also did not rotate my tires. I went in again shortly after and needed a tire alignment with a rotation. They tried charging me extra for the rotation that was supposed to be included. They looked at my car and like a typical mechanic, all of a sudden my brake pads are needing replaced. He offered to give me a $100 discount off brake services. Got the bill and it was wayyyyy more. He said what he quoted me was with the $100 discount however that was definitely NOT what he said. He went silent and had no explanation when I repeated exactly what he told me. At that point he knew he was caught in the act of lying about the price. But the work was already done. Horrible experience. Don't come here if you want quality and honest services. read more

Quoted me $569 for lower control arm and camber bolts replacement. Went to another tire shop across them and turns out that it was just a loose bolt that connects the struts to the control arm which caused my wheel to wobble. I only paid 20$ for repair. Will never come back here. These are the auto repair shops I hate. Thieves! read more

The shop manager was not honest when making a repair suggestion. I took my car in for inspections and he said that it needed a new flex-pipe. After replacing the flex-pipe, it vibrated very noisy. The new flexpipe looks way smaller than the old one. I asked him to weld on a bigger pipe and he did it reluctantly. The new one still vibrated loudly. He then said that I have to replace the whole front pipe assembly which includes the catalytic converter. The cost would be $700. He charged $170 for the crappy flexpipe that cost less than $20. Had he told me that I need to replace the whole front pipe assembly, I'd do it myself. This manager is not honest to his customer. I will not bring my car to this location ever again. read more
