I even had a $15.00 off coupon, and I was surprised there was no attempt at an upsell for other maintenance, just a reminder what may need to be done on my SUV. Everything was done efficiently, and I was in and out of the service bay doors in exactly 15 minutes! I read a lot of mixed reviews on Yelp before going here, but I was happy to report that I didn't encounter any problems whatsoever. Great service, great employees, and the oil change was done in record time.

I brought my car in because it was making a noise while driving. They had it in their possession for three full days and drove it enough to use up a half a tank of gas. I brought it in full and when I got it back, it was half empty. They said they couldn't find out what the problem was. I ended up taking it to the dealer, and the dealer said that the brakes were metal on metal at this point. I contacted parents and they admitted to me they didn't check the back brakes. I ended up having to get my rotors replaced as well. I don't know if the fact that they drove my car with bad brakes extensively damaged the rotors. my car only has 65,000 miles on it. I just don't think there was any excuse for them not figuring out it was the brakes within one day. Definitely shouldn't take three days and many many miles of driving it to try to "listen for the noise" themselves even though I played audios of what it sounded like for them..

It is time consuming, it took 45 mins of waiting before they got to my car which makes sense (15 min per car, 3 cars a head of me), but you're also stuck waiting with your car. The other reason, and the reason I'm writing this review, they recommended me also changing my air filter, saying that its recommended for my car at 10k miles. According to the manufacturer its actually +15k, so they also lied to me which is annoying. If I did go back, I would definitely not take their recommendations.

Auto Repair is a lot like Human Repair and frankly, going somewhere big and fancy with marble floors, a lobby barista, and a piano player by a fireplace means absolutely nothing when it comes to competence. In fact, there is likely an inverse relationship to the level of fancy amenities and ability to actually fix what is wrong. Glitz can cover up a lot and I guarantee that if I am shot or stabbed, I want to go to the County Trauma Center and not the place with building wings endowed by a sheik. The same is true for my LRs. When they need help, they go here and not the fancy dealer with the glass showroom. Owned and operated by Eric, he got his initial training by LR and then left the dealer to open his own shop. He was factory trained and I have been bringing my babies to him for about 20 years. In that time, he has been fair, given me some great advice, and helped me keep my LRs running well which is saying something as my newest one is 15 years old and my oldest ones are 23 years old. Prices are within reason (especially when compared to dealers) but the real win is that he and his staff know their way around a LR. Just drive onto their lot and it looks like a LR playground because there are no less than a dozen different ones parked there at any point in time to admire. Over the years his reputation and business has grown which speaks volumes as dedicated LR owners can be a fickle group and hold very specific requirements on who can actually touch their LRs. I let him touch mine. This place has a following that is well-deserved.

I stopped in to SW Tire and Auto for the first time and staff was great, they did catalytic converter engraving for me, they were polite, went above and beyond, and I wish I discovered them sooner. By Monday morning, the tire was completely flat. I called the store expecting them to take responsibility and help resolve the issue, especially since the tire was under warranty and they had just serviced it. Instead, I was told I would need to tow the vehicle back in. I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay for a tow when the problem appeared to be related to the work they had just done. Rather than working toward a solution, the manager, Jonathan, became combative and argumentative. The tone was defensive and dismissive, not helpful. When I asked for the name of his manager or someone I could escalate the issue to, he refused to provide it and acted like there was no one above him. I ended up having to call the main customer service line myself to try to get this resolved. I did not create this issue. The tire was covered under warranty, I brought it in for repair, and shortly after the service the tire was completely flat. A reasonable response would have been an apology, arranging a tow, and correcting the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. Really frustrating experience, and not what you want when dealing with something that directly affects vehicle safety.
