Due to the lack of follow-up, I had to extend a rental car while waiting for guidance. Being told afterward that the tow would be "covered" did not address the failed repair, the safety risk, or the lack of communication. I expected better quality work and responsiveness for a safety-related repair. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

Did not call me to say they would rather not attempt to clean due to the type of interior, just decided to keep trying without telling me about the interior until it was all said and done. Had to take my car back to them TWICE for interior cleaning and also tint job. I had all my windows tinted $325 mind you... and there was contaminate all through the tint, was bubbling, and even creased in areas. Once they redid it the second time they sliced my defrost in my rear windshield and then blatantly said they didn't do such thing when confronted. Was also made aware that their secretary was the one who did my interior cleaning. I was refunded all of my money after approaching this issue TWICE with them. He didn't remove the tint that was left on my car, so now I have to either find someone else to remove it, or deal with it. I also had to wait 20 minutes TODAY and call their shop to even talk to someone. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone in my life let alone anyone if they asked me about this business.

The damage to my mother's vehicle in relation to the recall was unrepairable; however, Honda of Ottawa claimed they repaired the problem. They did not.
