Survive some how giving our hard earned money to establishments that really couldn't care less about us as customers. If we are lucky, very lucky, we get to do business with a company that at least pays their employees to go through the motions of producing fake smiles, expressions and words that seemingly make the customer think they really care about you, that their customers come first, but deep down inside you can tell it's all very disingenuous. After shopping online for a set of tires I found Mavis tires and brakes to have the best price. So let's start there. They are not just competitive but the cheapest around. Unfortunately I ran into issues that aren't worth going into. But suffice to say these issues were serious enough to me, that I decided to contact upper management. But I will also add these were not issues that were uncommon at all and the exact same issues you would have going to any tire or mechanic shop on planet earth. The typical every day things that you would encounter and maybe not even complain about. But this time I did and was contacted back by the area manager who was over multiple locations in multiple cities and from there? WOW!!! WOW!!! and WOW!!! It was just such an unbelievable experience, literally such a mind blowing event, so wonderful in nature that it led to this review! In fact, I would say that what took place during this phone call was something that prior I thought was nonexistent!!! And that was someone who genuinely listened to every single word I had to say, was genuinely interested in every comment I made, was genuinely upset over the experience that took place and genuinely went out of his way to make sure that I was going to be extremely satisfied!!! Now please, the keyword here that I emphasize over and over again is GENUINE. You couldn't have POSSIBLY come across an individual that cared more then this gentleman did about ME, an absolutely nobody in life. Nothing but an ordinary every day customer. Yet this gentleman completely seemed to understand that I was the most important person on earth at that moment!!! That nobody was more important to him then I was. That day I was the CEO to him!!! Most people don't care that they have issues as much as they really care much more that there's someone, somewhere they can talk to about those issues and have it corrected. Well I am here to tell you right now that you absolutely, hands-down cannot possibly go wrong by dealing with this company. To go anywhere else would be ludicrous. Not because they don't make mistakes like every other company, but because if they do happen to make a mistake you've got a remedy available and they will make damn sure that the problem is corrected and that you leave there smiling from ear to ear. That ladies and gentlemen is the absolute most important thing when you give your money to any business. Now I'm not recommending teverybody immediately ask for the area manager every time they have an issue, no. But what I am saying is he is available in "case" you have an issue the local manager cannot take care of, which happen to be the situation with me. Now that's not to say the manager did anything drastically wrong or that he was rude and unpleasant. He was not. But let's just say you could tell that his smiles were not necessarily the real ones I spoke about above. Let's leave it at that because overall he didn't do that bad. Bottom line? If you need tires, go to this location and ask for the assistant manager, his name is Austin. He is a young gentleman and the very second you meet him, you will understand exactly why I'm telling you this.
