I had a coupon from the online website for $20 off a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. When I showed my phone to be scanned, I was told that I had to have the physical paper. They did not have a scanner and could not type in a code. They refused to take a picture of my phone and said that was MY job. They said I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the manager to return and they refused to call him. I had to go next door to to a dental office and they helped. The receptionist also remembered that this has happened to at least one other person. This franchise said the manager needed the paper to send in to get paid. They should have a large sign advising customers. The website mentions nothing about needing to print the coupon. During the service I was told that my 2 front tires were "bald" and I needed new ones. I was not shown a micrometer reading just was told bald. They were not bald and did have tread. Regardless, when I declined tires and instructed them to just perform the rotation on the front wheel drive vehicle, I was told quite astonishingly that there was nothing to rotate? I again said put the front tires in the rear at which point he shrugged and left. FYI, a rotation was not mentioned on my invoice. Also not on my invoice is any mention of performing their "Closer Look Vehicle Check" vehicle inspection. The final end to my "wonderful" experience was when I discovered that my vehicle mileage was another correctly entered on my invoice - an additional 3000 miles got added to my odometer reading which course plays havoc with my warranty should anything happen and their system sends service information to Carfax for history. SO I had to drive BACK down to the shop to have it fixed. Suddenly my $20 savings doesn't seem as valued. I certainly did not feel valued as a customer. Go elsewhere. read more

I needed exhaust work done as my Camry was sounding like a Harley. I got estimates from 5 different mechanics in the area. The others ranged from $300 to $800. These guys did it for $190 and my car sounds brand-new again. Also got my brakes done while I was there and they spent an extra 20 minutes cleaning 10 years of corrosion off the surrounding parts. I've never seen such a complete brake job before. While I waited they gave me tips on making my car last longer, and showed me a couple of classic Corvettes and a drumset they had in back -- and let me play it, when I mentioned I'm a drummer. :) The other mechanics I visited in the area were... let's just say not nice people. I've been to several mechanics and this is by far the cleanest, most honest, and friendliest place I've been to yet in New York. Top-notch and highly, happily recommended. read more

I came in for oil change and tire rotation. Eric, who always looks out for me, suggested I wait on the rotation until my next oil change so I get the most out of tires in the winter. Went there to put my spare on tire & first I was in waiting area & noticed they were having trouble locating the tire rod to bring down the spare tire. I went into garage to ask them what was wrong. They told me that they couldn't find the spare tire rod...I called my fiancé to ask him & he told me it was under the hood. I let the two mechanics know (one was Spanish & the other looked like Sqiggy from Laverne & Shirley) told me it wouldn't be under the hood & NEVER checked. Instead of helping his mechnics NAT the owner sat in back of the garage screaming get a tire on that fxxxing truck it's costing me money. They proceeded to jam another rod into spare tire & put tire on. I left & was driving a week later on thurway & heard a noise & stopped & my lug nuts were gone but two (which were so loose) & two stems to hold tire on were broken off. So I called NAT to let him know & that I was stuck with the tire & what had happened to me. He's response was I did that a week ago it's not my fault & laughed & NEVER asked if he could help me so I hung up. My fiancé called & NAT the owner said I'll let you talk to the mechanic (Sqiggy). He then told my fiancé that the tire was no good ,rusted & sometimes that will happen when they put the tire on because the rust will fall off & lug nuts loosen. Ok but you forgot to tell me that & put A BAD RIM on & let me drive anyway. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MIDAS TO ANYONE BECAUSE IT'S OBVIOUS THAT SAFTEY IS NOT THERE CONCERN! Unfortunately I have to give them one star for this to post, BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY IN MY CASE!!! read more

Been going to this location since I started driving. Great staff, trust worthy prices, always great fast service. Just got four new tires, brakes, installed in less than 1:30. A sensor went bad after I left to no fault to them and they fixed it free of charge. Not many places I feel comfortable spending a lot of money and getting my moneys worth but here is never an issue!
