Well I told them that when I went in for my FREE oil change and instead of taking advantage of me they looked over the car, said they couldn't find anything bad with it in a quick overlook but they noticed something loose under the hood and tightened it down so if there's still a problem I could bring it in later for an in depth look. Well the sound went away! They could have easily told me whatever they wanted and charge me a ton but they just took a weight off my shoulders. Will always come back and recommend them. My mother had been experiencing several problems with her Nissan Titan truck and some help with understanding what was causing the problems. We called and John's Automotive and spoke with the owner. Not only did Mr. John preformed a free vehicle diagnostic letting us understand what was needed to be repaired and give us fair price, but Mr. John also was kind enough to provide my elderly mother with transportation from the repair shop to her home and picked her up again from home when the truck was ready at the repair shop, It is so wonderful to know that there are still people people who practice Christian values. I said no to free tires, and that I simply wanted the warranty honored, and that's what we did. I was not pleased with the quality of the tire installation, the tires were absolutely filthy with some sort of paste all around the rims of the tires, all tires had multiple chalk circles, none of the nozzles were tightened at all, and the air pressure was way off on all 4 tires by plus or minus 5 PSI. This type of service is just the way it is after Covid it seems. It's not just Discount Tire, it's any service at any business almost. It's exhausting and disappointing but it's here to stay I guess.

I even asked one of the employees to check my tire pressure and he said he'd get someone but never did. My husband was out of town, I just recently had back surgery so bending over to air up my tire is not possible right now. I had to leave town for the day. One of my tires was a little low and one was reading too high on the gauge. If you're going to ignore people that need to use the service then don't offer it. What is the point?? I had to call the store and Mia came out and helped me. Thank you Mia! None of these so called men would do it. The parking lot was almost empty. It's normally full so I know someone could have taken 2 minutes to check my tire pressure. You have a bunch of jerks that work there that don't know what chivalry is.

I gave this one star only because I could not post with NONE!!…read moreWe have been customers here for 3 years. The service has declined. We have purchased tires for three vehicles, four trailers and a tractor over the last three years. Yesterday I had a flat and called for roadside assistance because we could NOT remove the lug nuts due to over tightening. They had to tow my vehicle to get them off. It sheared a lug nuts due in the socket at another shop. We bent the tire iron on the side of the road. The shop that accepted my vehicle inspected the other three tires an had the same issue with those tires as well. I had to replace 24 lug nuts. When completed I went to Cheyenne who has been the ONLY tire company to have handled my tires until this incident; walked in to speak to the manager (which was his first day on the job) Brought all 24 to show him what happened so there could be a lesson and training before someone else has this issue or worse. He kindly agreed and asked what he could do to fix and rectify the problem. I asked if he'd reimburse me for the cost of changing them. He agreed then told me he'd have to check with the other store due to his first day. I left he called me late the same afternoon and said " I cannot credit you because you didn't purchase from here, however I called the shop you brought it to that changed them and they will credit you A SET of lugnut for the one flat you had and we will work it out between shops. EXCUSE ME WHAT????" Then when I did not agree nor think it was fair he went from helpful to saying this was my fault and wanted me to explain how I thought him paying for all was acceptable. By now I was beyond done with the entire situation told him if he could not make it right the conversation was over and the call would end. He started to get rude so I hung up! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR BE BACK! If this is the way you handle a situation when I came in to help and show what's going on in your shop and it turns to an argument with a customer- extremely disappointed in the way a new manager handled this situation.
