They had the most affordable prices in comparison with other Costco, discount tires, etc. We were able to make a next day appointment online, we dropped off car, within an hour it was finished. A few days later we had an issue with our front tires, I notified them they said just bring it anytime with no appointment for them to check the values and tire pressure, we pulled in unannounced the next day, go the tires checked dropped it off for them to replace the vaule and fix the problem without additional cost. The manager Eric was super professional and helpful!

Unfortunately, our last two experiences have been very disappointing. Most recently, I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM to have a front-end suspension issue diagnosed. By 2:45 PM, I had still not received any update, so I called to check on the status. The employee I spoke with seemed unsure of what was going on and told me he needed to check on something. He said he would have more information within an hour and would call me back, but I never received a call. Later, when my father called, we were told that the car had received an oil change, even though we had never requested one. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was then told that no oil change had actually been performed. The conflicting information only added to the confusion and made it difficult to have confidence in the service being provided. This follows another disappointing visit where we were given a repair estimate, but when it came time to pay, the bill was hundreds of dollars higher because a brake job had been left out of the original quote. What makes this especially frustrating is that we have trusted this shop for decades. My father has been a customer since the 1970s, and we continued bringing our vehicles there because of that trust. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, conflicting information, and inaccurate estimates during our last two visits have left us very disappointed.

Hi All, I visited…read moreMeineke Store# 2383 at 10501 State Ave, Marysville, WA 98271 on 09/07/2024 to get the issue related my 2016 Honda Accord's rear left door not locking automatically addressed. I was scheduled for the Electrical Analysis of my Car in relation to this problem. Post analysis, they concluded that the Door Actuator is degraded and needs to be replaced (screen-prints of bill and analysis report attached here in). I scheduled for having it fixed per their analysis and setup an appointment a weeks out - since the part was not readily and would that time to arrive. It was also identified that my brakes were worn out, however since they were under warranty with Firestone, I visited Firestone @Everett the next day to have that addressed and also sought second opinion / estimates for similar replacement based on above analysis. The Price they quoted for actuator replacement was more competitive and parts were made available more quickly, so decided to got with him. However, even after actuator the replacement the problem couldn't be fixed and they raised concerns about Meineke original analysis and captured this in the service bill as well. Since the original analysis was not done by Firestone, they couldn't cover for that and I have to for another round of Electrical Diagnostic with Firestone (and pay for it, though they applied discount) - only to conclude it was just a wiring issue (bill for service attached) and it could have been addressed right there, during the Electrical analysis done at Meineke on 09/07 itself - rather than going through all this pain and visits. I reached to the store, to address for the mistake they have done and trouble caused due to bad analysis and corresponding resolution at their part thrice. I was told someone from their team would call back, but none reached for a resolution - so submitting this feedback. Thanks, HK.

Ian ask year, make, model, cab size, engine size. Told him all of that. He quoted me $400 stating the price is due to the hours involved to do the work. Fine, scheduled and appt. for 9:00 am the next morning. Showed up, Ian on the computer. He's inputting into the screen, talking to me, asking if I want to add this or that or do this or that or how it might affect the work. I told him no to all of his questions. Now he needs the vin number. Goes and gets it. Puts it into the computer and then tells me my price is now going to be $230 more than originally quoted. I took my key and left. I then checked the local dealer, Bickford Ford for the same pricing with the vin number. Their pricing was $130 less than my final price. This company can eat garbage all day. I wonder if this is reflective of the owner? No company should do business like this.

My two Toyotas have been serviced by Gregg's in Lynnwood three times over the years and they have done a marvelous job. Everything is expensive today, but dollar for dollar their estimates we're online with others. I've never had to return for something I asked for initially that it wasn't fixed the first time. The only "issue" I've had (if you want to call it that) was a radiator replacement that the replacement was broken when they received it. It took two additional days to get another one and then installed. When I picked it up they knocked 300 dollars off for the inconvenience of having it two days longer than estimated. I would recommend getting a few estimates and check for yourself, but again I've had no issues with their Lynnwood branch and "Alex" was sharp and knew what I wanted/needed.

I called Greg's Japanese Auto to make an inquiry into the specific date that I had the service done and if I was still under warranty or guarantee of service on work done. My brakes are squealing very loudly. The level of push back and gaslighting I received from the person I spoke to was insane. It's super frustrating and annoying that they are not willing to provide customer service after spending $3000.00 plus with them. Since that is how they want to operate. I can guarantee, Greg's Japanese Auto will never have my business again, no matter what location. I went to the one on 19998 Highway 99.

He fixed the Air conditioning a couple of years ago, and it's stayed fixed. Unlike others who only replace the bad part in the air conditioning and then buy the end of the summer it needs fixing again. When they go bad they often get "glitter" inside and it wrecks other parts. He did it right, and charged me less than some that only replace part of it. I had him upgrade my suspension, brakes and put in a new clutch. Love his work.
