I took the car to a local dealership to trade it in. They refuse to take it because the car has been in TWO accidents. Again Gallatin Honda never gave us the car fax. I went yesterday to the service department at Gallatin Honda for a nail in my tire. They needed to replace the tire but I declined. I took the car to tire discounters today. I need not one but FOUR new tires because the front tires are bald because it needs a front end alignment. EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD BLAKE AT THE TEST DRIVE. Buy yourself a bike instead.

I asked for an owner's email/contact info or the COO or head of customer relations, but the attorney is the only option. This speaks volumes. I will not and should not have to pay for a third time to drive there and pay for a hotel and food and gas and my time. You should reimburse me for the money and my time and for the other time I was there as well. You did a terrible job on my camera twice (it still isn't correct) and you damaged my car and didn't tell me or even repair it or disclose this to me. It is brand new! There were other issues with my title too. I emailed HR as someone told me that is the best place to start. They didn't respond. The time I've had to spend on this so far because of your mistakes and choices is excessive. I asked to have the Roswell GA dealership fix it for me which is significantly closer to me but you won't. Every other dealership I spoke to said they would truck the car to them if they did any of this. RUN! Do not use this dealership. I bought a new Ineos Grenadier Fieldmaster. I thought everything was great. They filed the paperwork incorrectly and I got a letter from state that I was going to be fined (eventually they fixed this). They did a very poor job of installing a camera that I wanted as part to the sale so I could see easier driving home. I came back again (another -7+ hour drive each way) as I was in town for health treatments again, and they did a poor job again and caused more problems (didn't put trim back correctly, left gaskets open, and used duct tape!!! to hold the wires up). I guess I should have looked everything over but I expected the Managing Partner Corey and/or manager of the service department to review a vehicle before it goes to a customer. To make it worse, they damaged my car (not sure how but scraped the bumper in several places), attempted to sand it and it looks terrible, and didn't tell me! It looks like drill marks. They want me to drive back a third time to allow them fix it. This is beyond unprofessional. If you want to buy an Ineos, please go see Brian in Roswell GA. At this point, and with my correspondence with Ineor Corporate the last few dyas, I would say find another vehicle to buy. They didn't even wipe down the car, fill the windshield wiper fluid, etc. any of the times I was there. I spoke with the attorney of Victory Automotive Group in an attempt to reach the owner. I am shocked that they are unwilling to do what is right and ethical. It is sad that I have take more of my time to write a review but it was suggested by other dealerships, employees of Ineos, attorneys, etc. that this is the only way to get attention these days.

I was quoted $320 for the job, but was charged $494 with no communication about the additional…read morecharges or equipment needed. I was told "the quote is just an estimate and they don't know what's needed until they arrive", which I understood from the beginning but I would have appreciated a heads-up of additional costs - especially that high. I wasn't given the option to approve or decline the added costs, and I would have declined had I been called. On top of that, they arrived 7 hours later than my scheduled pickup time. While they did mention being behind that morning, I had no idea that meant a delay of a full 7 hours, and clearer communication would have made a big difference. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication made this a very frustrating experience and I will not be using them again. It feels yucky and scammy. Lastly, I'll mention they said they could "return" the car to it's original location and cancel the job for a cancellation fee of $140. So, I'm left with the "choice" of leaving the extra charge of $180, (already ran my card) for the job. OR an extra $140 for essentially ~no~ completion of the job. Just try someone else or be weary of extra fees with no call. Hope everyone's having a great day... better than mine :)
