My car battery died in the apartment complex right next to this spot and thankfully, Wesley, and a few other workers were kind enough to push my car for me from the parking lot to the shop. I'm so thankful! There did seem to be some miscommunication because I was told it would be an hour or less to fix and then it was about 2-3 hours and the girl at the front didn't know one of the parts came in for my car until I had asked about it. It also was a bit more than I expected, but over all I'm so thankful for them for fixing it and being kind. The convenience was unbeatable. Thanks again!! read more

Extremely terrible experience! I took my car there and they made me leave it over night. They said they opened at 7:30am and would get right on it. They're were two codes from when they scanned it saying cylinder miss fire (this issue is just for spark plugs and should be $150-$200 to fix including service fees) they did an inspection and found more "problems" of course lol. I denied the request for the other issues and only agreed on 1 issue that was quoted and sent to me as $368.69. They told me my car would be done around 11 (again it was there since the night prior) and when I called at 11 they said they didn't have one of the spark plugs and had to order the part and were waiting on that. They did not update me the entire time! When I finalllyyy go to pick it up they tried to charge me $500 and were telling me they did other work I DID NOT agree to. And not even all of the problems just chose to do an oil change and tried to charge me for it. The mechanic ended up yelling at me and was such a scary situation. Driving away I noticed my car is STILL jumping and doesn't feel right. I'm going to give it a day or two and drive it more to see if the issue persists but my car was not fixed correctly it seems. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! read more

Went yesterday for a simple oil change yesterday at the store I'm going on vacation 16 hours away. I went in the place was clean they had a kids movie in so they were a kid friendly place cool. The front lady was nice I told her I just needed an oil change. I just got new tires battery and some small things done a week ago so I just need the oil change. They take my car in waited for 10 minutes until they came back told me I need a socket to take my tires out so they can do brake inspection. Then they proceeded to tell me I needed new rear brakes and another part I can't remember. I declined knowing I was told from another mechanic my family has been going to for 5 plus years that my brakes were fine. I realized is that their business model is to take in your car for something simple and try to hustle you for extra work that they trying to overcharge. If you don't know cars they going to hunt you like a hawk . That's my overall I wouldn't recommend going there if it's something simple read more

Went in for a warranty alignment today. They didn't try to upsell me anything. Josh was working behind the counter and was very professional. He even did his best dealing with a very difficult customer who was disrespectful. At the end of the day though the alignment is what I was most happy with. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and coupon for the $49.99 special. I was charged nearly $70 and the tire rotation was not done. The supervisor cursed at me, spat at me, and was very rude towards my family and I. Horrible service, racist staff, shameful company! Do not come here! read more

Terrible experience. I went in on Thursday for an oil change. I called at 7:30 when they opened and asked for an appointment. The person I spoke to chose 10:30. I get there and ask how long it will be so I know if I should wait or Uber to my other errands. They said it'll take no time at all. It took almost two full hours. I don't know why he wasn't honest with me saying he overbooked because the mechanic came to me in the parking lot and told me they always overbook knowing he's the only one who does them. Fine. So I go home and the next day my driveway is stained with a massive oil puddle. I had no time to go Friday so Saturday I come in and they say it should be really fast and they'll have me out of there in no time. Half an hour goes by and my car hasn't even been brought back. Then mike (one of the men who works up front) gets an extreme attitude with my boyfriend about how he should've called and made an appointment. My boyfriend tells him that wouldn't have done any good anyways because I had an appointment Thursday and waited two hours for a basic oil change. Then the worker Mike says "an appointment doesn't guarantee a time, just that we'll see your car that day". What?? What sense in the world does that make? I've never gone to a doctors appointment and they said "glad you're here we'll see you before we close so just hangout till then". No. So they tell us it'll be just ten minutes every half hour till we were there for almost TWO HOURS AGAIN. They said they didn't tighten the filter enough/it wasn't seated right the first and that's why the leak happened. So you're telling me it takes two hours to unscrew and rescrew a filter? I then asked for a managers name and number and the guy "Jacob" who was back there the whole time telling us it'll be fast and being overall unhelpful, tells me he's the manager. I told him today was unacceptable and I wanted to talk to the owner. He said no he wouldn't be giving out that information and good luck calling corporate cause he's the manager and they'll just bump it back to him. Horrible. read more

Horrible horrible service! Not only did they say they could fix my A/C problem, they tried to lie about it and pretend it was fixed even though when I'm out driving, it's clearly not! Now they want me to come back up there AGAIN! I've already gone up 3 times for them to 'fix it again'. I'm a working woman, I can't afford to keep taking off work. I'm pretty sure they are just trying to get me to pay more money and take advantage of me because I'm a woman! Don't ever ever ever go here for anything having to do with your car, if you know what's good for you and don't want to have their staff talk down to you as if you're an idiot. Having driven an old car for years I always know when something's wrong. Strange sounds emanating from beneath the car and under the hood always give me pause. When this happened recently, I drove over to Midas for an evaluation. As I braced for the news, I waited patiently in the clean waiting area entertained by the television. Within an hour, I had a detailed verbal and visual explanation of the problems as well as an estimate. An hour and a half later, they called to tell me that my car was ready. I really appreciated the professionalism of the workers there and the time and care that they took to explain what was going on in a manner that I could understand! Despite the fact that I had to put up some money to get things rolling again, this was a good experience. read more

I highly do not recommend this place. I was coming up on a transmission oil change but did not exactly need it right away as I have a 2014 Honda Pilot with only 52,000 miles on it. I decided to stop in an get pricing. But I was convinced by the manager to get a transmission flush so I took their word for it. As soon as I left my vehicle was experiencing erratic shifting and my car was just shaking. I pulled over to look under the hood, a good bit of transmission fluid was spilt all over. I became very concerned so I just took it right to the Honda dealership. I was without a vehicle for two days. I was I formed that Honda does not recommend transmission flushes. And that Midas had put the wrong fluid and corrosive additives in my transmission. I was told I'm lucky that the rear main seal wasn't effected by the flush pressure. Honda had to drain and fill my transmission four times before it was right. At this point I'm still very nervous about how my vehicle will react in the future. On a side note before the work began at Midas I was I formed by them I needed all new brakes and rotors and it would be a $1300 job. Honda I formed me that my brakes were in very new condition and I only had two warped rotors. After talking to the manager about a refund. He said he would have to ask his district manager to get in touch and take care of the situation. It's almost been a week and have not heard anything back. I'm now looking to file for a small claims court hearing. No wonder why I was the only customer on a Friday. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! read more

Every time I've taken my car to this Midas which has been about 6 I have had issues either right as I am leaving or a month or two later. DO NOT GO. They overprice you for a "guaranteed" car installment. It's crap. Go somewhere else that's not a franchise like this. read more

Went to midas for an oil change and have a inspection on my breaks. Sean was there my first two visits and was great. However, I was told my front breaks were fine and got $700 worth of work done for my rear breaks. Later the same month I hear my front driver side breaks squealing and two days ago when I went to break for a yellow light, my breaks were sticking and caused me to swerve a bit. Immediately I get back over. Mike was there, they take off my passenger tire even after I said the driver side, and they weren't able to take off my driver side tire. So now I had to come into work late to drop my car off. I receive no phone call when they were done checking. Then get quoted another $400 after they told me the front brakes were good few weeks before. Had a coworker drop me off, just for mike to tell me that it isn't something that needs to be done soon. I was swerving for breaking at a yellow light, how does that not need to be done soon? Definitely taking my car somewhere else. Sean is the only good manager there but wasnt in last two times I was there. Don't trust Mike or anyone that can't take off a tire that the same company just took off that same month. read more

Never ever EVER go here. They do an EXTEAMLY horrible job as far as mufflers and exhaust systems go. Bought a new exhaust system little over a year ago. the pipe exploded not even a week of having it on. Took it back they fixed it. Couple weeks later the pipe falls off. Couple months later pipe falls off again. Now it has EXPLODED AGAIN! It is obvious they don't know what they are doing and I'm not giving them another $300 to put another one on. I suggest NO ONE goes here for mufflers or exhaust systems. I Believe they are just RIPPING PEOPLE OFF giving them CRAPPY PRODUCT. read more

Overpriced and pushy. The manager charged $40.00 just to check the car. He first told me that there was nothing wrong with the car. Then, he consulted with three other mechanics and said that the spark plugs needed to be replaced. He quoted $450 to replace the spark plugs. The quote did not include anything else - just four spark plugs. I declined the service because I do know that spark plugs are not as expensive (especially for an old car) and he was obviously charging too much for labor. As I was leaving, he became very persistent and began reducing the price from $450 to $400. I said no. He seemed offended and upset as I was taking my car out of the shop. I asked him to give me a copy of the quote and left. The quote was unreasonably high as he added other services that the car supposedly needs. In sum, he basically quoted $1000 for a simple tune up. I'm glad I left when I did. Other people who were there were leaving as well because their quotes were ridiculous high. Midas might be good just for oil changes, but I would suggest to take your car elsewhere if it needs more than that. read more
