Got to the store at 8am for an appointment for service. I asked if he was saying that these tires with 75% tread left were never to be serviced. He said that rotate and balance wouldn't make them perfect. I said I'm not asking you to make them good as new, I'm want you to do the service and I'll pay for it. About 3 minutes later I hear my truck crank up and see it backed out and I was handed the keys and told to have a nice day. Avoid this location as have the techs don't show up to work, and the ones that do don't want to work if the job is a little tougher than putting tires on a small car.
