I had an emergency water pump failure and needed my truck repaired before end of business. They got me in at 1pm and out by 4pm. The manager really knows his stuff and the owner was very friendly. I had them look over my vehicle getting ready for a long trip, do some routine maintenance, and install an Electronic Break Controller for a trailer. Their service was very friendly and prompt, and they appear to have done what I asked them to and did a good job. Unfortunately, they also charged me $198 for a break controller which I found out after the fact could be purchased pretty much anywhere else for well below $50. I understand companies mark these things up, but to charge me 4X the price? That's a fine welcome to a new customer. I hope they enjoy their profits on their service for me today. They will never see another penny from me again. read more

About a year ago, we were looking for someone to fix our 2001 Prius' catalytic converter. The place that pointed out the problem refused to do it and told us that we had to go to the dealer. I called a bunch of different places for quotes and Midas is the only one that was willing to work with me. I took it in and they showed me exactly what was wrong (a crack) and told me they could take care of it, no problem. I paid a fair price and was impressed by their thoroughness. We've been back and had about $1000 worth of work done and I am extremely pleased with their professional service. I haven't had a single problem with them and they communicate very well. The owner is a very good person and is willing to talk about any problem or issue you may have. To put it in perspective, Meineke (in for just an oil change because of a coupon, trust me, don't buy whatever coupon that gives you free oil changes) said that the front brakes were "metal on rotor". Later that same day, I took the car to Midas and they showed me that the front brakes had 65% left! I just wish I had found them earlier. I had gas fumes coming from my car, very nervewracking! I called them and they got me right in. They found the problem and fixed it in a short amount of time. When I asked what it cost they told me it was an easy fix so no fee. Who does that anymore?!!! They fixed a potentially very serious problem (it was spraying gas all over the underside of my car) and I now have piece of mind driving my car! Thank you Midas, I will be a customer for life! I love this Midas. I've been bringing my car in for oil changes and various small problems for several years now. I once had an oil leak, and they diagnosed it as a gasket issue and only charged me $5 to fix it. As a woman, LOTS of car places attempt to take advantage and charge you for so many things you don't need. They could have told me that oil leak was something expensive, and I would've had no choice but to fix it-instead they were honest. They even noticed a problem with my new brakes that another shop had done-it was a dangerous mistake made by this other place, and Midas noticed it and fixed it for free..even provided me documentation about it to take to the shop that was at fault. I will always be a loyal customer because of their honest dealings with me. read more

Went here to get an oil change since I had a discount coupon. While waiting for my car, I just read a couple of magazines and listened to their conversations with customers. They were nice and friendly. A customer brought them donuts and they were kind enough to ask if I wanted one. Anyways, when the car was almost done they told me about my car's brakes and transmission fluid.. no surprise there... that's what the dealership said on my previous oil change. They weren't pushy about it. Will probably go back here for my next oil change and depending on the pricing the other two services too. read more

The owner is extremely kind and helpul which is refreshing change!! Customer service as a whole has gone down hill in our society, but not with this place. They were able to squeeze me in at 4pm on a Friday (when they close at 5) for my routine oil change. He said that I had a transmission oil leak that didn't need to be fixed immediately, but it should be fixed in the near future. He saw that I had a newer vehicle. Even though he could have tried to push me to have it fixed there, he recommended I call Jeep since he thought my vehicle would still be under warranty. Jeep wanted to charge me $106 just to diagnose the issue. My deductible for my warranty would have been $150 (Close to $300 total after taxes). To stay and have it fixed at Midas, it would cost less than $200. The owner was honest and up front and I cherish and respect that. He will continue to have my business and I recommend it to anyone!! read more

We have been coming to this shop for car maintenance for about 2 years now. Found this place after having a bad experience at the dealership & was looking for a place with good reviews. This place is great. They are honest and upfront about what is really needed and get the work done promptly. We take our jeep and Toyota here for everything. Definitely recommend. We have been BEYOND impressed with the level of service and expertise Erick and his team have provided to us. Problem: transmission fluid leak. Diagnostic: Sealed of the left front axle. Result: the same leak and 220 $ less in my pocket. Conclusion: I think I am not going to trust the Midas touch anymore. read more

Best place to get all of your auto service and reapirs done. Not pushy at all, they show you what is wrong and then if you agree they fix it for you at very reasonable price. I will most definitely take my car here for any future work. I made an appointment to get the oil changed and brakes done but then changed it to just an oil change as my brother in law offered to do my brakes. I explained to Erick at Midas that money was tight and he understood. While he changed the oil he took a look at my brakes and told me that the front brakes didn't need to be changed and that the back brakes were down to 30% and that Nissan's need lubricant so they don't squeal like a banshee which the car does. In the notorious world of auto repair where you have to be careful to not to be taken advantage of, it was very, very nice to have Midas go out of their way to offer help and advice knowing they weren't going to make money from it. If you want someone honest, I'd go to this place. I'm a woman alone and can't count how many times through the years auto repair places have tried to take advantage of me and sell me stuff that didn't need to be done! read more
