    After 2 rounds of induatrial cleaner you can mostly see my terminals again. This is something they should have seen.

    I have given this review a fair amount of thought. At first I was just gonna leave it. But, something like this happened to me before and it ended up costing me my engine. I even shared that story with the technicians to emphasize my reluctance to let others work on my car. They got me in fairly quickly for not having an appointment. I got checked in and wandered over to walmart to kill some time. When I returned, my car was on the rack, in the air. I settled in to let them finish. After a fairly long period, they called another place regarding my oil filter that had been ordered and not delivered. Turned out it had been delivered to a different shop. I told the guys, I get it.. thats not their fault. They explained that I had a leak in my rear shocks and offered to fix them for about $500. I declined at the time, because I always get a second opinion on things that are not drop dead obvious. They had also removed my filters to show me and ask if I wanted them to change them out. I again declined. Their fee was not too high, but I can do it myself for less so declined. Eventually, my oil filter arrived and they finished up. At this point I was fairly happy with my experience. The price was fair and the people were nice enough. This is why they are getting 2 stars. Fast forward to the next day. I notice oil leaks in my drive way (enclosed pic). My car has not had any leaks and it was the only vehicle parked in that spot. I asked my parents mobile repair guy to take a look at my shocks (that second opinion I mentioned) and investigate a possible oil leak. The man crawled under my car and quickly started exclaiming that they had only hand tightened my drain plug and had not applied a seal. He was pretty mad because he was aware of the issues I'd had previously and knows I commute about 400 miles a week for work. He was very concerned the plug could have dropped out while on the 41 between Lemoore and Kettlemen, it would have been devestating. He also inspected the shocks and I kid you not, I could see the red rising up his neck. He told me my shocks were just fine. He said there was some dry mud from a puddle and that was all. I've never seen a car person get so mad. He then went over the rest of my car and discovered my battery terminals were encrusted with corrosion. The pic I'm enclosing was after 2 rounds of industrial strength cleaner was applied. He sat me down and told me how disgusted he was. He said it was obvious to him that they did a half ass job on my oil change and that the ramifications of what could have happened if the drain plug disengaged while I was driving. He pointed out that trying to get me to "fix" my perfectly fine shocks was a cheap move and upset him because he felt they were trying to take advantage of a female customer. I have debated on if I should write this or not.. and in the end, the terror I felt when my engine seized in the fast lane of a busy freeway spurred me to action. I would absolutely hate myself if I kept quiet and found out it happened to someone else and they endednup in a major accident.

    This was all they did in 36 hours.

    Dropped my car off on Wednesday for a check engine light diagnostic. I was told it would be done Thursday and diagnostic would be $75. I was called the next day and informed they still can't figure it out but it'll be $165 now. They said they only have one mechanic. (Yet when he called he said he had 3 sets of eyes on my car, hmmm) Thursday passes, no call at the end of the day. Friday comes. I call them, they respond they don't know yet, we only have one guy here. Well I went over there to find my car parked hood down not in their service area. I saw at least 4 mechanics and 3 cars being worked on. None of which were mine. These guys do not care about your car, or you. They won't be fair, and they will overcharge you. Avoid like the plague.

    I would give 0 stars if possible. I went for an oil change and on my way home I started to hear a noise from the bottom of my car. They didn't screw the bottom panel back on and it was dragging as I was driving along the freeway. When I called to let them know what was going on they wanted me to get it towed back so they could take a look at it. So I went ahead and called someone else since they couldn't do it right the first time.
