Mike and his team saved my day after a flat tire from a nail. His team took me in right away, patched the tire and sent me on my way! Hands down the most notable thing was how clean the reception area was. It didn't even smell like a mechanics shop! I will 100% be returning and telling all my neighbors to visit as well! I came here with an offer Midas emailed me for an oil change and the front desk guy said they wouldn't do it. I've used this offer 2 other times at different Midas and had no problem but here the guy said they wouldn't put the kind of oil in my car because it causes too many problems even though I have my receipts showing they have done it before. This the absolute WORST place EVER!!! I had gone here to have one tire changed as I had a flat. The guy at the desk said it would be an hour, with my five year old I agreed to waiting the hour. AFTER an HOUR AND FORTY Mins the guy (who was the manager,) said we still don't have your tire, but we can get you one that's $25 cheaper! LIKE WHAT????? 1. Why the heck would you make me wait and hour and forty minutes to tell me "they aren't bringing the tire?" 2. Why would you put on a tire that doesn't match my other tires???? I asked these questions and he said "we are not JIFFY LUBE." All I said to that was you sure aren't jiffy, put my spare back on!! He got a nasty attitude and stormed off. Bruce Long gave me an estimate of $900 for front hub assembly also adding that it might need an alignment. After the work was finished the bill came to $1420. The paperwork said the alignment was $149.. so why did the front hub assembly go from $900 to about $1200? read more

This place is unprofessional and inconsiderate. We had to go here so many times to get a simple procedure done and they always had a reason why they couldn't do it or why we had to come back. After many attempts to reschedule, we went and they said their computers were down so it wasn't a good time. Yet they never thought to call us do we wouldn't waste our time driving over. Stay away from this place. Find a local, dependable garage instead. I will never go to any Midas location again. read more

First time writing a review for any place, but I have to write one for this terrible place. I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone. I came here for state inspection by myself (a female young woman). Was recommended to get my entire set of tires changed and a pair of rear shocks replaced for a total of $1600 which sounded like an overcharge for me so I decided to fail that inspection (paid inspection fee for $105 roughly) and went for asking around for the same fixes. Local mechanics gave me quotes that are roughly $600-$800 (parts and labors included) lower than what Midas gave me. Also local mechanics said that my car parts didn't need replacement for passing state inspection. As someone who knows nothing about cars, Midas's quote already sounds like a scam to me. Not to mention how great/terrible their services are, the fact that they overcharged parts & labors and recommended things for passing inspection when it didnt even needed replacement are dishonesty. Women seemed to be more susceptible to be taken advantage of so please be aware. read more

Shady place of business so beware this place is up to no good . They replaced my tires and all of the sudden I had bad sensors, when I let them know that I was the wrong customer to fxxk with, the replaced them for free..... Never again. read more

Midas in East Norriton sucks! Went there with a coupon and oil change. Bruce assured me they topped off my fluids. Coolent warning kept coming on. I contact midas, and Bruce Assured me it's a coolant sensor because the same issue happened with another volkswagon like mine! So, I went to check the fluids and every single fluid is low or dry. I had no coolant, low power steering, low brake fluid, windshield fluid, etc. I call the district manager who was there started talking to me like I was a moran and said I must have leaks everywhere....no your employee didn't do their effing job! So, now I'm worried they didn't do my oil change right. He offered for me to bring my car back free tomorrow to have it checked, only to hangup on me and not give me a time! Never again. They got new people there that are rude and damn near destroyed my car! read more

My husband used to work at this location and is an honest mechanic. He would never take advantage of his customer and because of that he has many customer who have followed him to his new location. They took advantage of him numerous times and have yet to pay him for his last day well over two weeks ago. read more

We've had 2 outstanding experiences at Midas in the last few months. First, my wife's car needed some emergency work on the weekend. They got to it quickly, affordably, and were super nice. Because of this, I took my car there a few weeks later when one of my headlights was out. They quickly discovered that it was a disconnected wire--they reattached it and didn't even charge me for it. We're taking our cars to this Midas now for everything. They have won our business. read more

Absolutely unprofessional. I spoke to mike and he was very rude and took no responsibility for his faults Do not take your car here. The technicians have no idea what they are doing. I took my Mercedes Benz in for an inspection. I was told that my wheel has a wheel lock and they were unable to do the inspection and that I needed to go to Mercedes to get a new wheel lock key since they were unable to find one in my car. Took off work early and drove over an hr out of my way home to go to Mercedes for them to tell me that my car does not require a wheel lock key. I then called mike at Midas to notify him of this and to give him an opportunity to fix his mistake but he told me that it's my responsibility to know my car. I'm sorry but that's why I thought I was taking it to a "professional" but isn't it your responsibility to know how to take off the wheels when it's your job. He then had the audacity to tell me that maybe Mercedes is wrong in saying that I didn't need a wheel lock. Very rude. Unprofessional. Never will take my car to get serviced there. read more

Dave at Midas was great. He fixed our tire after my husband had a chemo treatment. He was so friendly and helpful.

First off, I chose Midas because of its great reputation. I took my car in for an inspection and for a repair of the upper control arm. Prior to taking my car in it drove smoothly. I drove it to work and trips out of state with no problems at all. After I took my car to Midas my pregnant wife had to pick my car up and drive my car home with the transmission completely shot! The mechanic called me and told me the issue with the transmission, but mentioned nothing after the test drive that the car won't go above 30 mph and SLOW acceleration. He offered me info to "a guy he knows" who does transmissions, but I instead took it to the dealership. There they told me it would cost $6,100 to get a new transmission. That's worth more than the car itself, so I had to quickly look for a new car which I was not prepared to do. So the almost $500 I spent for the repair and inspection was pointless! All in all it's apparent I did not have a good experience at Midas and this experience has left a foul taste preventing me from returning. I would not recommend this Midas location after the service I have received. read more
