One employee directed me to pull in, so I followed his instructions. The other employee apparently didn't see that and yelled at me to stop. As someone who already gets anxious pulling into places like this, it completely threw me off and had me panicking--even though I was simply following the directions I was given. He quickly apologized from a distance, but never came over to apologize directly. The actual oil change was quick and the service itself was great, but as I left, all I got was another "sorry 'bout that." I understand miscommunication happens, but being yelled at for following an employee's directions was upsetting and made an otherwise good service experience unnecessarily stressful.

The pricing is also a huge plus. If you sign up with them, they send coupons regularly. We recently got 50% off an economy oil change and $25 off premium, which is honestly such a good deal. I heard drilling/grinding noises during the service, and later the shield was hanging underneath the car. I returned to this location and was told the issue was "fixed," but it was not properly repaired. Another shop later told me the mounting hardware/bolts had been damaged and would need to be cut or drilled out. I eventually had to take the vehicle to the dealer and pay to have the problem properly repaired. I have photos, receipts, and documentation from the dealer. I have contacted Valvoline multiple times asking them to resolve the issue and reimburse the repair costs, but as of September 22, 2026, nothing has been resolved. I have been given different explanations and promises, but no actual solution. I would not recommend this location based on how my vehicle was handled and, especially, how the complaint was handled afterward.

When I went in with my father-in-law to get our oil changed today, I was pretty surprised at the level of professionalism, courtesy, and transparency associated with the process. The prices are published on the board in open view for everyone to see. They ask you exactly what you want and what level of service, which I had no idea, but my father-in-law knew what we wanted. And he asked for it, and we were charged for exactly what we thought we would be charged for. Reading some of the reviews below, I think the only other thing that could help with the price transparency is if they tell you exactly how much it's going to be before they do anything. But I don't know if that's fair to ask any business to do. Much thanks to Mark and Dylan for their professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. Mark went out of his way to clean our windshields too. They were friendly and prompt and knowledgeable. Will note that we went across the street first, another store with the same name and the same owner, and came here after there was a 20 minute wait at the other location.
