We returned today to have a new tire placed on a wheel for our trailer and the service is and has always been above and beyond. They really make a person feel important and necessary.​ We have highly recommended this place to everyone we talk to. I will say that everytime we go by this business, they appear to be very busy which is understandable. Even though they are always busy, they manage to treat everyone respectfully and efficiently get through the jobs. I cannot imagine going to any other store. Today James was on duty and very much stepped up to the plate. He managed to get us in and get our tire mounted in an efficient and timely manner even though theu were extremely busy. She called me back an hour later and tells me it's the starter she can get it in by noon on Tuesday and it will be finished by the end of the day. She asks about life, and your family, even when they are extremely busy. And they are always busy! Their lot is always full of cars -- which shows that customers keep coming back. Service is fast and efficient. And I have been so impressed with her CARE and explanation to me of what needs done. I have an older Honda CRV, and she lets me know that "In six months or so," or "The next time you come in for a safety check," we should plan for this new part, or 2 new tires, etc. That allows me to budget, and be prepared, rather than be socked with a huge bill, like most places do. Again, I can't say enough great things about Karen and Gator Tire. I have recommended her to my close friends and colleagues, and will do so as long as I live in Carbondale.
