Half a year later after too much prodding, he finally gives it back to me running the same speed. I don't know if he actually did anything or not. He never kept his word. Every time I called him it was a new deadline and a new excuse. He even lost my registration that was under the seat which costed me the fee of replacement at the DMV. I feel lucky to have even gotten my bike back at all. I went through too much to even put into the review. In all, I don't think he knew what to do with my type of bike, put others that he did know as priority and just took my money. He said he'd at least change the oil, fix a missing bolt and get the horn working. I'm still looking for a good mechanic. Wish me luck, I didn't find it here.

She showed me the breakdown of suggested batteries, other batteries available, and batteries that could be ordered, briefly explained the differences to me, and then made her suggestion. Despite having a printout from AAA showing I needed a new battery, she went and tested the battery herself to confirm that she wasn't selling me anything I didn't need. She then replaced the battery, explaining to me the basics of how to do so myself in a way that wasn't at all condescending, then tested again to make sure the new battery was scanning correctly. The service was excellent and quick, and Brittany was very friendly.

The most wonderful technician assisted me named Thad. He immediately offered to assist in locating and replacing the bulb, which as I discovered was NO EASY TASK! Honda has used every inch of space under the hood and to replace the bulb two items had to be pulled and moved to the side. Thad was so knowledgeable and quick! First, they shipped the part to the wrong address. They get notified that it got sent to the wrong address on Monday. It takes the customer "ME" to call and ask why I haven't received my package which was on Wednesday. He explains the situation and tells me it will be going out Wed. night and he will overnight so I can get it by Thursday. It is now Tuesday and I don't have the product in my hand.
