Terrible company with sub-par employees. Take your vehicle anywhere other than Sullivan Tire. The Employee working behind the counter at their Fairhaven location is a HUGE liability for this company. I couldn't believe that they had any customers left when I got the bill and had a chat with the young lady at the counter. They couldn't find a leak in the tire but managed to charge me forty four dollars that I later saw included disposal of the tire that was never fixed and still on my car. Then the junk mail and "reminders" started pouring in. I asked the woman what oil changes were up to now thinking , perhaps, $40 or maybe even $50. She explained that it's only $20 but once you included the price of the filter and the oil it was over $150.00. WAY overpriced racket that should have closed decades ago. Well $7000 later and not 1 of 3 were fixed. We needed the E- break fix so we could get a sticker. E-break wasn't touched it's still the old rotted out one. The engine light is still on. Needed that fixed too so we could get a sticker. Nope didn't get the fixed. What they did fix was the back breaks and new shocks. Something WE could have done ourselves at home for half the price. Those things were on the list but we're not as important as the engine stuff, hence why we brought it to a DIESEL MECHANIC. That's the first time it was in the shop. $4000. We pick up our truck and drive it for a week and the thing breaks down on the highway. So they offer to tow for free and fix the problem for another $3500. The truck is still not running right and they still didn't fix the most important things we asked them to fix. We call them back after realizing that nothing was done that we asked for and the lady tells us she will talk to the guys and call us back. That was 3 weeks ago. I guess we're not getting our truck fixed and we got fucked. So if your deciding on where to bring your vehicle DO NOT BRING IT TO THIS PLACE. YOULL GET SCREWED HARDCORE.

It's an old 2000 jeep with 233000 miles. He came back and bled out the coolant system that was empty, replaced a valve cover. Then worked on the steering system and said it had to be aligned. I had doubts because the vehicle was unsteerable. He waved the the charges on that. I felt bad for that but took a last ditch chance on getting the alignment done. The diagnosis said they can't even believe he did the work due to as lol the rust under the vehicle and deemed that that the vehicle is no longer safe to drive. There is an other issue which does not Devion's work.
