It wasn't even in walking distance and I'm looking around and I said the not out here and they're like oh it's in the back you have to go walk and get it yourself and I've been going to wear him for basic maintenance for 10 years. Not mention, I am the definition of a one man band at work so leaving my place of business to go pick up and drop off a vehicle. I have to move to do so. This last time, I walked out shaking my head...if they can't get a simple oil change correct, then what are they doing to customers that have more complicated work done???
