However, the rest of the staff is up for debate. I am a regular here at Jersey Mike's and I come at least once a week. I ordered the same order every time and there's no discrepancy when I do it with Jaz, but with everyone else, (Hispanic lead guy idk his name it might be Cody) there's always an issue. They can never make the simple accommodations that I ask for. And now just recently I'm being told that I cannot purchase an additional bread roll... when literally two days ago I was able to, now all of a sudden, I'm being told that corporate is not allowing people to purchase bread, which is quite disappointing being that I always spend money here and that corporate does not want to make an extra couple of dollars by me making an extra purchase. It's funny how I cannot buy bread so I have to go to the grocery store across the street in the next block to purchase it but when I asked to sub out ham for pepperoni, then suddenly I have to be charged for that, but I can't be charged for bread. They just want to make it inconvenient for you, but that's OK. I will not be coming to Jersey Mike's anymore. Thanks guys for ruining my go to meal.

This was a sandwich for a 2 year old. Not to mention for not having anything in it, it sure was sloppy. Yes he sat down after he placed the order. Why should he have to stand there if it is made a certain way and he's told you what to cut and what to add? If you don't know what goes on a sandwich that a customer orders, then look it up! Do better!

The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. I was also very impressed that they prepared the gluten-free sandwiches in separate containers from the rest of the order. I ordered the B Major, and unfortunately I didn't enjoy it. My main issue was the meat--it tasted low quality to me, and the texture was off. There was a good amount of it, but overall it just didn't work for me and I ended up not really finishing the sandwich. Based on my order alone, I would rate it around 3 stars. My husband ordered the Reuben and, on the other hand, he really enjoyed his and had no complaints, which is part of why I've given a slightly higher overall rating. The service and atmosphere were fine, but based on my experience with the food, I personally wouldn't return. There are just too many other places on our list to try, and this one didn't stand out enough for me to revisit. review edit- response to establishment- I didn't bring my concerns to anyone's attention at the time because this was a to-go order, and I ate it in the car after leaving. I feel that a 4-star review is more than fair based on my personal experience. My comments were simply honest feedback about what I ordered and are intended to reflect my individual experience.

When I went back for it, they didn't seem very apologetic. On the positive side, the hashbrown bites were really good, and the biscuits and gravy paired well together. The mac and cheese was nothing special, and the blueberry biscuits were way too sweet. Unfortunately, the biscuits were also hard and slightly burnt. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, but if you do stop by, the hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy are probably your safest bet.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at Bojangles store #001476 in…read moreBaytown, Texas. It seems this location is more focused on drive-through time than the actual quality and accuracy of the food being served. There was nobody in the drive-through line when I placed my order for myself and my wife. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and added lettuce and tomato to the sandwich, along with my wife's meal. After paying $21.52 at the window, I was instructed to pull forward and wait for my food to be brought out. Normally, being asked to pull forward would make me think the food was being made fresh, so I had no issue waiting. However, once we drove off and opened the food, the experience was very disappointing. The chicken sandwich was cold, the pickles were missing, and the fries had an overwhelming amount of seasoning to the point they were almost unbearable to eat. What makes this even more disappointing is that my only previous experience with Bojangles was at the Charlotte, North Carolina airport location, and the food and customer service there were excellent. Based on this experience in Baytown, it appears this store's staff may need additional training on food quality, accuracy, and hospitality. Honestly, if service and food quality continue at this level, I do not see this location lasting long in the area. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store again for any reason. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed with the staff and management at this location so future customers receive the quality and service they expect from the Bojangles brand. Thank you for your time.

Walk up counter service with a menu split neatly into cold cut and oven baked sandwiches. Going with the Devito, my mind was thoroughly blown by how flavorful the red sauce and meats were all together, it had a combination of textures from the crusty bread cured cuts that made it fun to chew through every bite. My Stallone was also just such a pleasant mix of flavor with the pesto playing a bigger role on the cold cut options. This is one of the places where I feel like you can spin the wheel and get a winner with whatever fate decides. Things seem pretty easy and affordable here. Portions were pretty big here and around $12-$15 a sandwich, more than enough for a single person with some for a midnight snack later. There's a good bit of seating inside with some red gingham table clothes to eat over. It's worth the visit if your in Montgomery or after a day on the Lake!

I'd have to say, the sandwich was pretty life changing and it's something I want to try to replicate, but likely can't 100%. Although they have many sandwiches to choose from, the Stallone was the one recommended to me. The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and has a concoction of pesto, cheese, tomato and garlic? Inside it's LOADED with capicola, ham, salami, soppresata, and provolone. The sandwich was definitely a flavor bomb and I still think about it til this day. I would love to go back and try some other sandwiches of theirs too!

I believe with just a few changes it could live up to the hype. They were out of pork belly, for it to not be a daily menu item I was disappointed. Ribs weren't tender, cheese in sausage got cold which gave it a weird texture and made it chewy- after that, the pair didn't mix well. The mac and cheese was loaded with cheese sauce, more like soup. I really liked the corn dressing but the sweet barbecue sauce was overpowering. I'm not sure if it was raspberry or cherry but I would've preferred an original sauce on the side. The tacos lacked flavor. A very mediocre $90 meal. It may be that demographic area that took a liking to Space City and I admire the support but I could count numerous other bbq joints that'll blow them out of the water.
