They can never make the simple accommodations that I ask for. And now just recently I'm being told that I cannot purchase an additional bread roll... when literally two days ago I was able to, now all of a sudden, I'm being told that corporate is not allowing people to purchase bread, which is quite disappointing being that I always spend money here and that corporate does not want to make an extra couple of dollars by me making an extra purchase. It's funny how I cannot buy bread so I have to go to the grocery store across the street in the next block to purchase it but when I asked to sub out ham for pepperoni, then suddenly I have to be charged for that, but I can't be charged for bread. What makes this even more disappointing is that my only previous experience with Bojangles was at the Charlotte, North Carolina airport location, and the food and customer service there were excellent. Based on this experience in Baytown, it appears this store's staff may need additional training on food quality, accuracy, and hospitality. Honestly, if service and food quality continue at this level, I do not see this location lasting long in the area. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store again for any reason.
