It was parked on Aug 20…read more2017 then discovered that it was stolen September 9 2017 we were under the impression of this being a secured place to keep our trailer when we discovered that our locked trailer was stolen the owner told us sorry we are not responsible for any of your lose that's when we found out that there was "no working secure cameras" and the security gate hadn't been working for months it was left wide open 24/7 We were also under the impression that some one lived on the premises year round also not true. Our hearts are broken our dream retirement travel trailer was stolen off this property and the owner refunded us a check of $82.00 for our 2 month of rent that we paid in advance we trusted this place for 5 1/2 years. Lorne the manager is always very knowledgeable and helpful. The hours are fantastic. The gate access is 7 days a week. Even open on holidays. Then don't have 24 hr. access. But they can adjust hours for needs. Automatic payment option is great so if I forget they handle it for me. My storage locker is a drive up, so that's coinvent. The lot is very clean. The new LED lighting is very nice. It's a great location right off a main road way (Fruitvale Blvd). Easy access to Hwy. 12.

It such easy access for her to pull up to her storage and easy for her to get in and out of the gated area. Not to mention, the pricing was right for her as well since she is on a budget. This relieved a lot of pressure on us because we were able to pack our belonging one time in the clean & secure storage container.
