After multiple calls and stopping by trying to get my money the manager/owner is still MIA. I have been told the owner has to issue refunds and this person doesn't exist as far as I can tell. No call backs for a year. I stopped by there multiple times and the so called manager is always gone. M-F morning noon or night no manager. If you rent from them I suggest moving out closer to your move in date or just assume you won't get a refund.

I was being charged $250/mth for a 20X10 unit. In 10 months my rate went up to $261/mth. And again in 6 months to $315/mth without any notice! I was charged $315/mth for 4 months before I noticed (autopay). So I started calling other storage facilities in the area and found a 20X15 unit for $213/mth. When I talked to AAA about moving out, she acknowledged that the rates were too high for the area and had expressed this to the owner. So I decided to move to the larger/cheaper unit which cost me $900 for the move. I was expecting a partial refund for my last month at AAA and had to call numerous times to get it. When I finally got a hold of them, they informed me the unit I just moved out of was reduced to $175/mth! WTH? I feel they owe me some back rent and the cost of a move for this horrible mismanagement.

I had them for a year and a half and loved the clean area and was always plowed in the winter. Would recommend for sure.

Lorne the manager is always very knowledgeable and helpful. The hours are fantastic. The gate access is 7 days a week. Even open on holidays. Then don't have 24 hr. access. But they can adjust hours for needs. Automatic payment option is great so if I forget they handle it for me. My storage locker is a drive up, so that's coinvent. The lot is very clean. The new LED lighting is very nice. It's a great location right off a main road way (Fruitvale Blvd). Easy access to Hwy. 12.

It such easy access for her to pull up to her storage and easy for her to get in and out of the gated area. Not to mention, the pricing was right for her as well since she is on a budget.
