Carey Brothers made a nice rockery for me to hold up a small hillside - about 70 feet long and 3…read morefeet tall at the highest spot. They showed up when they said they would, came prepared with equipment and materials, worked very efficiently, and they had it done in half a day. Price was good too and it was nice they quoted the job so quickly since I was ready to get started immediately. They also made sure a nice trench was dug behind the rockery for water drainage and it was sloped downhill right. They used quality drain pipe behind the rockery too. Good drainage is important for keeping the wall together through the years, so I appreciated their decisions. My house has tight vehicle access and they had to back down a long curved driveway and these guys handled it with no problem or damage. All in all, I would highly recommend Carey Brothers Rockeries.

Beware of Mileage Overcharges at This U-Haul Location…read more I recently rented a U-Haul from this location and drove less than 20 miles total (verified by my own GPS and route tracking). I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

Do not use this place to rent a Uhaul. Worst customer service experience ever upon returning. The…read moreUhaul was dirty inside and wrecked my white furniture and area rug, the clerk didn't care. The clerk called me and told me I had to return the trailer early because someone booked it after us so we busted our butts to do so, we were going to be 15 minutes late to return it so I called to let them know and the clerk said "oh, well, the people who needed it after you decided to go somewhere else", he didn't call me and let me know nor did he care when I said it would have been nice for him to call me so I didn't have to waste so much gas to get there in time (Driving from Idaho). The clerk didn't apologize for our experience he just acted like he didn't give a care and said "take it up with UHAUL" . The customer service at this place is sorely lacking. If I could give my experience -5 stars I would.

He was able to have a storage container set in my drive the next day. This relieved a lot of pressure on us because we were able to pack our belonging one time in the clean & secure storage container. When it was filled I Made another call & they picked up our container the next day & delivered it safely to our new property. The drivers are friendly & professional & the containers are dry & secure. Matt & his staff made our move much easier. We don't plan on moving for a while but when we do Simple Box will our first call. Rex & Peggy Newby Cle Elum Wa.

They arrived at 10 and were very polite and helpful, easy to work with and took good care moving my items. They finished at 12:15 and told me the total would be $545. When I pointed out that it was 2 hours and 15 minutes of work I was told that didn't include travel time because they hit some traffic. $140 to drive their own car to my house. I challenged this and they took $50 off so I only had to pay $90 for them to drive to my house. I was not told that a 9:30 am starting time meant they would START driving to my location at at time and I was also not told the $180 an hour would be charged for their travel time as well. My neighbors are moving next month and so are my parents and they were both planning on using this company and now they refuse to because of this and we will be letting others know to avoid this business. Your stuff will be moved well but it will cost you a fortune depending on how much traffic they may encounter on their way to your house. If I was informed of this practice ahead of time I would have asked where they were located and what their ARRIVAL time at my residence was going to be so I could estimate how much extra it was going to cost me because $140 to drive to my house is crazy.
