In the end he even volunteered to help my wife with an issue she had with her shop-vac. Contacted WDepofRevenue and they gave me the statute #. I forwarded this to Mike then he admitted I was due a refund and he would get it off to me.It has been over 3 months and 3 contacts later and still no refund. Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.)
