I want to start by saying that they had the opportunity to help the situation and did nothing. I just spent 3 1/2 in their service department for what was described as a minor update to the system. Two and a half hours in, I had yet to receive any communication from the service manager about what was being done to my 2024 Tahoe. When I asked, I was given a rude response that did not answer my question. I do know that the service manager mentioned that they had issues with their computers that morning. Ok, why was this not mentioned when I arrived? Why did you not call customers who needed a diagnostic and reschedule when you knew you might not have the equipment necessary to correct the problem? Customer service is vital. It happens when you communicate with your customers and keep them in the loop. Communication is vital to making your customers feel like they matter. Instead, you talked about me behind my back and made me feel like I wasn't important. Find someplace else to buy your Chevy products and get it serviced. read more

I had called them to repair the front differential in my 2022 Silverado 2500 HD and to repair the manifold that had been leaking to the point it sounds like a failed bearing when under heavy load or using the exhaust brake. neither of those issues were fixed and they done a "multipoint inspection" which is funny seeing as how all of the bolts on the front diff that they were suppose to fix and wasn't even addressed. the truck checked out perfect order though. funny how that happens. then I'm told that after they received the truck they realize there's water in the fuel and I know for a fact there wasn't anything in my fuel when it left. they had to tow the truck to their shop for the differential failure yet they charged me $1401 dollars. well they're trying to. at first when notified about the water in the fuel was told that it would be two hours labor to drop the tank and clean it yet They charged me $975 in labor. Wish i could give zero stars - The customer service here is beyond terrible. The car broke down on a Sunday and it was suggested to bring it to this dealership, big mistake. I was told they could see it in the morning, however, the next morning was rudely told they couldn't. I would have left that day instead of waiting around. I've been to many dealerships and garages before, none treated me like this. They are in the business of service, they should probably work on their customer SERVICE. If they really couldn't do anything, there's a better way to communicate it than how they approached it. read more

I asked him to email me his best quote. He was mad I wouldn't drive back down and never emailed the quote. I will never deal with them again. I ended up buying a new one from Harry Green. $204 labor to fix my AC and tell me that it's fixed and guess what still doesn't work, yep you guessed it my AC, basically I paid money to be lied to. Also estimated me $1200 to put on upper control arms and lower ball joints, that is a $400 job after parts and an alignment, I have no idea why it cost literally 3 times as much here compared to anywhere else. read more

They'll quote you whatever price they feel like over the phone. Just don't expect them to honor it when you get there. Once, called and got a price quote, with the assurance that they were "dealing", leading me to believe that it might go even lower. After I got there, it took three hours before they got around to finally quoting me a price. Which was $2000 more than what they initially quoted me on the phone... I could have stayed home and shoved icepicks in my nostrils and been just as aggravated and still had the afternoon left to go fishing! read more
