They failed my state vehicle inspection for tire tread and rear brake pads. I looked up the WV…read morecode and the tires must have 2/32 of tread and the pads must be at least 2 mm. Well my pads had over 10x the requirement and the tires were right on the edge. The most worn place I could still find over 2/32 of tread. They just want to sell tires and get the extra charge for the additional inspection. The owner and employees were rude and disrespectful!

In&Out retrieved by car from the parking lot on time. 80 minutes later it was ready. The invoice had a small note to recheck the nut torque after 25 miles. I always do. Let me just say that the nuts were plenty tight. Always do your own. That's my only quibble with In&Out.

They looked at it and said it needed alignment but no control arm. This saved me $200. Why the disconnect, money I guess.

There were a couple of RV shops in the area that didn't work on large RVs. This shop has the equipment and knowledge to repair and perform routine maintenance. Very friendly. I will be calling on them for my future RV maintenance needs. They primarily work on big diesel trucks.
