They treat you with respect and work hard to make sure that you get the best deal possible. My salesman Patrick is top notch! Their service department has always treated me with respect and urgency when I bring my vehicle in for service. I won't hesitant to recommend them to strangers and all my friends and family!

I want to start by saying that they had the opportunity to help the situation and did nothing…read more I just spent 3 1/2 in their service department for what was described as a minor update to the system. Two and a half hours in, I had yet to receive any communication from the service manager about what was being done to my 2024 Tahoe. When I asked, I was given a rude response that did not answer my question. I do know that the service manager mentioned that they had issues with their computers that morning. Ok, why was this not mentioned when I arrived? Why did you not call customers who needed a diagnostic and reschedule when you knew you might not have the equipment necessary to correct the problem? Customer service is vital. It happens when you communicate with your customers and keep them in the loop. Communication is vital to making your customers feel like they matter. Instead, you talked about me behind my back and made me feel like I wasn't important. Find someplace else to buy your Chevy products and get it serviced.

Like an idiot, I didn't test drive the first car. I kinda wanted to get out of there and I figured…read morefor only three gran as long as it lasted six or twelve months then I would be fairly okay with it. As I'm driving away after the fact-- BOOM! It felt like the transmission was slipping really bad. It did this every few minutes. I took it back the next day and partly because I wasn't dumb enough to force an unsell of the car, they were pretty cool about the whole thing. I just wanted my three grand to go to a newer (than 1999) car. The next car we test drive and everything seemed fine. Ten grand (total) later and away we go. Within days one of the motor mounts went bad I took it back and again they were rather cool about it and gave me 50 percent off on parts and labor instead of 25. 200 dollars later away I go. I'm sitting in a Mechanic's office as I type this....ANOTHER six bills for a new rotor, caliper, and turn the other rear rotor. Total milage that I've driven the car? I would bet money-- less than 1,000 miles at most. I will NEVER go to Craig's auto ever again!!!

I purchased a 2014 Dodge R/T, I was told that the car all checked out, they had replaced the brakes…read moreand rotors. Less than a week of having the car, I could hear a noise coming from the front end when I went over bumps. I also had a squeaking brake when the brakes were applied. I called and left a message, no one ever returned my call. After having the car for about 6 months and hadn't put that many miles on the vehicle. I had a really bad shimmy. It needed tie rod ends, 4 axles, hubs, nuts for the hubs, sway bars, ect. mostly the whole suspension, brakes and rotors. I had not abused this car in any kind of way. The axle, hubs, and nuts were so rusty, they appeared to have been welded together with the rust. About $7000 in parts, which the rear axles are hard to find. The mechanic wants all parts before he works on it, I got ripped. I can't believe that they could tell me, "The car all checked out", and slapped an inspection sticker on it right before I drove off of the lot. I was over charged for this car, that I haven't been able to drive for months now.
