I was informed of the 75$ service fee and told they still had to check it and the 75$ would go toward the new one. The guy was here 5 minutes said yes your ice maker is bad, I explained how I already knew that and asked if he had the new one on the truck since I gave models etc to Kathy. He said no they had to call me back. I called them twice with no return calls. Then they say they tried to call me almost a month later on 6/15. WTF do you think you are the only repair company in town. I called someone else 5 days later and got a new ice maker the same day. Then in August you send me a bill!!! get the hell out of here!! Who does that!!!

We claimed he could not perform or get the unit into diagnostics mode because the board had an issue. I need to buy a new board first then he would diagnose the issues. When I told him the method it said online, he said he tried every thing. he Never did a diagnosis of the issue yet we still paid the diagnostic fee!! I came home and IMMEDIATELY put the washer into diagnostic mode to show a DC3 error for door latch! I will definitely NOT be recommending or using Sear's service again.
