I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before visiting CTG. I found them on a family member's…read morerecommendation and have been so impressed. I was about to spend significantly more money for cabinets from Lowe's which were not higher quality. Cabinets to go got me slightly larger cabinets for about 30 percent less money, and more importantly I received them in about a week as opposed to 4 weeks from lowe's. I worked on a design with Brad, the store manager and found him to be very informative, helpful and not at all pushy. There was one cabinet and a couple of trim pieces on backorder and expected soon. I don't expect any problems, given that my purchase and pickup went seamlessly but I will update if anything goes wrong with that. Overall I definitely recommend this place if you're doing a remodel. I didn't use their installation services so I can't comment on that aspect.

Stopped in the showroom to see if they could help us with a kitchen remodel. Thomas hands is his…read morebusiness card and told us to email him to set up an appointment. Found that a little odd when I was standing in front of him. We did as he asked and emailed him. It took him two weeks to call back. He did apologize and we set up an appointment for him to come to look at our kitchen. I arranged my day to be home for the appointment. Guess what he never showed. Called 3 hours and twenty minutes after the appointment time stating he had a crazy day.... Seriously??? My day was rearranged for the appointment he made!!! Told him not interested in doing business with someone so unreliable.

I find it difficult to believe the seal was put on initially since the stains appeared on day 1. I was essentially told it was my responsibility to care for the granite, clean spots, seal regularly, etc. Agree with Matt O. But...I will locate someone who is willing to at least look at the counter and verify it does, in fact, have a seal as well as provide guidance on upkeep. Have lived with granite countertops in the past and have never had this kind of problem. Would not recommend.

Does not honor written quotes - contractor 101!…read more William came out and provided me a quote for tiling work. I solicited some more quotes and decided to offer him the job. I asked for a copy of his contractors license and insurance before I paid a deposit and was told that he had no contractors license just a business license. I proceeded anyhow. My quote included cost for concrete board, I contacted WIlliam and said that I wanted to go with Strada matting instead. I told him that I would provide the material not him. I asked him to revise the quote to remove the concrete board material, as I will be purchasing the material on my end. The emailed response was "No it's ok I already gave you a great deal. I'm sorry but I will have to decline the work. I appreciate the interest, I hope you can find someone to cater to your needs." This is totally unacceptable to provide a written quote to someone then bail. I was left with the tile I had ordered and now had to start the process of finding a tile person again. Not cool.
