The salespeople are either not interested in helping you, annoyed when you ask a question, or, treated very very hurriedly because they just want to close the store within the next 10 minutes. There's a particular salesperson that I have the misfortune of keeping bumping into who has terrible social and sales skills. She's rude, abrasive, and puts pressure on you to make decisions and hurry and pay, so that she can be done with her shift. She is dismissive of everything you say and contradicts you on everything you try to tell her. Constantly interrupts you, thinking she's right and you're wrong. I've worked in stores before, and even I know to put the customer first, and LISTEN to what they're saying. I even know to put in that extra effort if a customer comes in near closing time but is very interested in making a big purchase. At one point, I told her, "Listen, I'll come another day because you want to close." And she actually felt relieved. In addition, she's a bit colorblind. She kept putting on really dark orange makeup on my face and telling me that that was my color. When I asked for a lighter one, she said, "No, that's too light," and was actually horrified that I had the audacity to think that my skin was lighter than what she thought it was. Racism vibes. Never coming back here again. Awful, awful customer service.

So, my friend got COVID. Well, her entire family did. So they're quarantining. She's fine, but has…read moresome pretty bad symptoms. So she asked me to help her out, get some prescriptions and OTC stuff at this Walgreens, right near both our houses and drop it off on her porch. Sure, is Sunday afternoon, I'm not doing anything else. Go to the pharmacy, easy as pie. Bam, get the Rx. Time to get the OTC stuff via curbside to go and this whole trip will be 15 minutes. Park in the curbside to go parking spot, call the store, tell them who I'm picking up for, "OK we'll be right out." 10 minutes later, nothing. I text her, she says she'll call. 5 minutes later, "OK, they said they'll be right out." Another 5-10 minutes go by, I call again, and then they tell me I need to come in to present my ID. This isn't ideal, because I have a toddler, who hasn't mastered wearing a mask yet, but I could have made it work, if I had just known right away that I needed to go in (like if the guy on the phone had just told me the first time I called?). Also, why can't they just check my ID in the car. Also, if they didn't realize that they needed ID prior to hanging up the first time and didn't have my number to call back, just walk out to my car and tell me. And then, why lie/withold this information from her when she called too?? I finally went inside, and they didn't even care about the inconvenience. Would have easily been a 5 star review for the pharmacy, but the curbside fiasco, waiting almost a half an hour drove that way down. I understand everyone is under a lot of stress/inconvenience with COVID, but like, use common sense/decency.

Worst service ever. I went there to pick up a medication. The cost was over a $100. I asked if…read morethere was a cheaper alternative. I was no, take it or leave it. I couldn't afford it. I left. I went to a near by Stop and Shop pharmacy. I asked them the same thing regarding the cost of the drug. The attendant went to a computer came back in about 5-7 minutes. I ended up paying about $10.00. She made an effort to help me. I will never go to a Walgreens pharmacy again.

Both were extremely kind and apologized for my experience this past week and assured that this will be taken care of. I was grateful for such a fast response to my issue and the courtesy of upper management.

I had an Ulta salon appointment with a stylist at this location and I would not book another. While…read morethe quality of her work was good, her general demeanor was off-putting. She started off my appointment stating I had booked a different service than what I was requesting. Then, I was told I should have selected a smoothing add-on when booking online since I have curly hair. This was all fine- I would have kept this in mind in case I wanted to book another appointment in the future but she seemed very inconvenienced by my overall appointment. Which I can understand having a tight schedule or being prepared for a different appointment but I would have preferred she had just requested I reschedule/ book a different service for another day than be made to feel like I was wasting someone's time for almost an hour. Mind you, we finished maybe only five minutes over my allotted appointment time. In the future, stylist requesting a reschedule/rebooking if a different service is required would probably be a better experience for both stylist and customer. I unfortunately won't book another salon appointment in the future.
