Bill is very flexible and is able to fork around your schedule. I had to cancel, a couple of days ago, just a couple hours prior and Bill was able to work with me. I always appreciate his friendly approach to his work. He and his team are very efficient, work quickly, yet try to recycle or find new homes for as much as he can. He has a number of contacts where he can try to give your items away. It takes extra effort to do this and Bill takes the time to do what is right for all parties. His pricing is very fair as most of his work is done before snd after the home or business visit. Bill provided snd invaluable service today. I will definitely be calling him in the future.

Based on this interaction alone, I would much rather drive elsewhere to a business that treats people with basic courtesy.

There have been multiple instances where while bringing in groceries for her while I vist, where he has verbally yelled and harrassed me including making threats because she is unable to bring the garbage can up a steep hill and to the end up the driveway. Most weeks when I dont have time to run over to her house, she gets the garbage can a few feet away from the sidewalk. I understand this isnt ideal but this man is more than capable to move the can an extra five feet to his truck. He continued to scream and harrass myself and my elderly grandmother including saying "hes from NY so hes not going to take it" to A 83 YEAR OLD WOMAN.
