On July 23, 2025, I decided to have my first plastic surgery with a different surgeon. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my results. Just a few months later, my body changed for the worse, and I felt frustrated and discouraged. That's when I found Dr. Tower. From the moment I met her, I knew she was different. During my consultation, she spent nearly two hours listening to my concerns, explaining everything in detail, and making sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I never once felt rushed. I decided to have my revision surgery with Dr. Tower on February 11, 2026, just six months after my first surgery. She replaced my breast implants and performed liposuction on my abdomen, and I honestly could not be happier with my results. The receptionist told me through the door that they were on lunch break. I was like... well I had to take an uber because my car is in the shop. She then reluctantly opened the door and said I could wait in the waiting room. Reflections dermatology is better as far as not closing up the office for a lunch break and also great customer service, however extremely expensive. The PA or nurse practitioner here at Mid FL actually froze a few spots for me without charging an additional fee. This to me was really exceptional as reflections dermatology won't do anything cosmetic without charging a major amount. So.... For anything covered by insurance I usually go to Reflections, but for anything cosmetic I usually go to Mid Florida. I guess as with any company it all depends on whom you see and whom is working at the time.
