Purchased another item the same day and had it placed next to the other items purchased earlier with our name tag. Had not received a call for delivery by Tuesday, so we called and had to leave a message asking about delivery. No return call by Thursday morning so I drove back to Somerset Nursery. Before asking for assistance, I noticed the original two items purchased were still in the delivery section, but the second item purchased. I asked a person at the register about delivery and they were able to see original purchased items on the register but not the second and needed my receipt to find the second. They could not explain why I was not called for delivery and were even more confused why my second purchased item was missing when I told them I "know" the item was tagged. They allowed me to select another item which I did, but it didn't appear as nice or big as the original item selected. They were helpful in having items delivered within the hour. Told delivery person of my ordeal and he said he would tell the owners and I should be getting a call shortly.

For instance, no one acknowledged us when we walked in after the bell rang or asked if we wanted to see anything in the cases we were looking at. There were three women just carrying on their conversations giving me a strange look. When I went downstairs another woman just stared at me until I said, " hello" and " how are you?" She replied " fine". Not sure what that was about, but people at antique stores I usually go in are much friendlier than that. The owner is super nice. Once I bought orange Civia plant and few months into it wasn't doing well. I brought it back to show and ask for advice on what is wrong & what to do. They took the plant, treated it and kept for a while in the greenhouse till it became vibrant again and called me to pick it up. I appreciate that kind of customer service. That's why I continue to support this nursery and always happy to stop by and pick a new plant.
