Chip was here about an hour after our call, even though I let him know any day this week would've been fine but we appreciated the prompt service. The job itself was quite a challenge, the bottle was jammed in the trap of the toilet so after the toilet was removed and flipped over, it still took about an hour of perseverance to twist and break the bottle until it was able to be pulled out. It says something that Chip stuck with it and didn't just try to up-sell us to a new toilet install. Price was relatively reasonable so we didn't have any complaints there, no sticker shock.
