They called me at 9 o'clock in the morning and they didn't even call me. They texted me that they were gonna have to break my appointment. Well let me tell you I was really upset so I start calling a whole bunch of different places. Nobody had anything till Tuesday the high-tech appliances included, but by 10:30. My phone was ringing and high-tech appliances was calling me back to let me know that they had just gotten an opening and would I like it and I told him yes so the guy was supposed to be here between 12 and two he got to my house at 11:40. I was so happy to see him so long story short he checked every component of my refrigerator pulled it out cleaned the back out did the whole 9 yards he was at my house from 11:45 to 3 o'clock explaining everything he was doing as he did it and then giving me tips to keep it clean the places that you don't expect like the back of the refrigerator molding on the doors all that kind of stuff he was very informative. He left my place as clean as when he came in helping me put everything back. But the quality of work and overall experience were disappointing. The machine often gives an alert that the door isn't closed properly and there is a metal coil/wire that is visible above the gasket that was not visible before. Technician left three screws on the floor (they were reportedly replaced when we called about it) but it's still a hazard - we have a crawling baby who loves to put everything in his mouth and the three screws were in a high traffic area.
