I am surprised by the bad reviews on this NPS location. We have always managed to find a good deal…read morehere, sometimes the deals are hit and miss as far as the discount that is offered but if you shop the items that are on their weekly specials you can often times save 50% or more on some items. The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit here! I randomly decided to come here, after never being…read morebefore, and enjoyed it! It's a big store and there is a lot to look at - so come with no time constraints! I don't know if the sales were just due to the Memorial Day holiday, but all books were $2. I got 7 books (all very good authors, good condition, and still had the Target stickers)! All of the clothing was an additional 50% off - which again, I think was for the sale. I would not buy clothes here if they weren't marked 50% off. Their prices are only around $20 off the original prices. Very high priced for a discount store. I did score a pair of brand new alo leggings, with the tags, for $40 with the discount! I was thrilled! They do have a lot - you just have to dig for it. And come when there is a sale!

I've seen customers being truly awful and rude to her, and she still does what's right. Up until the point she needs to not let people talk to her like that. I would do the same if someone so ugly and negative just kept hammering into me. Unfortunately those are the people that leave reviews and lie about the situation. I've been going to this store, and only this store, for over 5 years. I even met the owner on Christmas once, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. These guys VALUE return customers! I'm given discounts often because of my loyalty, which is why I've never have been, and never will go, anywhere else. Please be kind to service workers, they aren't there to take your abuse, they are people too, with good and bad days. It's takes nothing to be kind. One customer was upset because they didn't sell cigarettes?? They don't sell cigarettes, but why would they? I imagine people with common sense know to go to any gas station or grocery store for those. Bottom line, first, please be kind to service workers, they are just like everyone else. Second, if you need anything to do with vape shop stuff plus more, there is no greater place. I say that after many trips to many vape shops, and more than once at each place. It surprised me to only find one that actually knew to reward loyal customers. Not to mention they had low prices to start out with! Anyway, thank you very much to this place, ESPECIALLY Clint and Amanda!!
