I trusted Anandi as I had seen she has worked with Kaiser in the past and was offering zoom courses during the pandemic. Consult: Didn't know what to expect. She did offer a one-one consult first to practice breathing and what type of poses we would do and/ or have customized throughout the courses. Course: Enjoyed that the course was more intimate, smaller, which allowed her to point out what positions/ poses were best for individuals who have limits/ certain aches and pains. Tried to join in on some of Monday AMs but mostly participated Thursday evenings. Joined from mid-2nd trimester until the end; Anandi made sure to take her time and practiced mantras and focused on breathing which helped calmed me down and focus on strength. Good for beginners as I didn't have much experience.

She will always check in with you at the beginning and end of the class and provide tips on how to make your pregnancy and labor experience better. She is kind and empathic so I can see why she has a group of long-term students who come back to attend her classes each week. I really enjoy the intimate setting and size of the classes. Attending the Alyce yoga classes did not only help me stay active but also helped me develop a stronger mindset going into labor. Each class ends with a little meditation session which is always relaxing. If you are pregnant or even if you are not and are looking for a good yoga class, I would highly recommend joining Alyce online yoga classes.

Cubbies are in the front entrance for your shoes. Be sure you take them off before you step inside the actually studio room. Two bathrooms are in the back. The interior of the studio isn't something fancy if this is what you are expecting. More like a warehouse but it is very big to accommodate at least 20 something people. For parking, there is enough space for a limit number of cars. More parking on the street. However, the overall lot is small and can be hard to back out if you have a large car.

He is genuinely so fun, sweet, and encouraging. The whole class had this beautiful blend of meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and strength training. It honestly felt like a yoga class but on silks he guided us through every movement, from where to place our hips to which arm to use to pull the fabric, so I always felt supported and safe. I also loved that the class started and ended with breathwork and some meditative grounding. It was such a great workout too I left feeling challenged in the best way and really proud of myself. I was able to do way more than I expected, and the instructor's guidance made such a huge difference. On top of that, he even gave me a discount for my next class, which was so kind! The environment was super welcoming overall. I took the class with two other instructors/regulars who offered tips and encouragement, and I really appreciated how friendly everyone was. The class size was small enough that I got lots of individual attention, which made the experience even better. They offer aerial silks/hammock, pole, flexibility classes, and even burlesque and I definitely plan on coming back to try more. Such a personable, community-centered studio. I'm so glad I found this place!

My top three favorite classes were Vinyasa Flow with Katya, Hot HIIT Pilates with Carolyn, and Original Bikram with Lee. There is plenty of parking, lockers for valuables are available, public cubes are available to put stuff down in. At minimum, you will need to bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. There are a variety of ways to sign up for classes - single class, memberships, and class packs that can be shared by 4+ people. While I think the staff and classes are great, the facilities could improve. The ventilation could improve, the floors are not wiped after every class, and there are no sanitizing sprays/wipes to clean the shared weights and blocks.

I have never advocated so much for a fitness studio before…read more I cannot say enough about every single one of the instructors at the studio, as well as the owner, Jen. The space they have created is so welcoming for beginners, and they foster an environment where anyone--no matter where they are in their fitness journey--can get the workout they are looking for. The instructors are attentive to everyone in class and are incredibly supportive. I would also like to show my appreciation for three instructors whose classes I generally take on a weekly basis. Claudia is one of my all-time favorite fitness instructors that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have taken her Pilates reformer class, hybrid mat class, and TRX class. I consider her coaching the primary reason I was able to break through the fitness plateau I was experiencing before coming to the studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about the workouts and can create modifications on the spot to fit you and your fitness goals. I go Tina's Barre class, and what I appreciate about it is the structure, as well as how unique each session is. Her instruction style is very supportive, and she is beyond cognizant of everyone in the room. In every class, she checks in on each client to make sure they have good form. I never thought I would enjoy taking Barre, but I now consider myself a true Barre enthusiast. Audrey is another amazing instructor. I generally take her reformer class and Exo Chair class. Audrey's classes are so welcoming and engaging. Her workouts are challenging, but due to how she engages the class, time seems to fly by because we are all just having fun. As I stated at the beginning of this review, I have never advocated this much for a fitness studio, and I will continue to be a client for the foreseeable future and then some. Thank you, Jen, and the rest of the IMX Studio team!

I've always been active through strength training, heated power yoga, and running, but Pilates introduced me to a completely different kind of strength, balance, and body awareness. Over the last year, I've become stronger both physically and mentally, and I genuinely look forward to every class. Jen and her team of instructors create such a welcoming and supportive environment. One thing I really appreciate is how attentive they are to every individual in class. No matter someone's fitness level or physical limitations, the instructors always provide safe and supportive modifications. You can tell they truly care about their clients and want everyone to feel comfortable and successful at their own pace. The studio itself has such a positive energy, and the sense of community makes it even more special. I'm so grateful to Jen and the entire IMX team for opening their doors and creating a space where people can grow stronger, healthier, and more confident. Thank you for an incredible first year -- I'm so excited for many more to come!

So far, I love Worlds Yoga-Fremont! Roya is honestly amazing. She helps you if you're doing the poses wrong, and she always has a positive attitude and always got that smile on her face. Roya is an amazing teacher and this is why I chose this place. It is so calming and it has helped my anxiety. I sleep better and I can assure you this place WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU. Yes it is a yoga studio; however, they have self care awareness classes that will teach you how to tackle anything when you're upset. What I loved the most was is their free community classes where you can actually feel and see the studio. It is definitely worth it. Also, I noticed one of the reviews that says "they don't answer calls" well it's a peaceful place. It is nowhere near a scam . Truly unbelievable. If you would like to contact them it's on their page called "CONTACT US" and they reply right away. Parking on the other hand, it's not hard to find one there's a lot of open spots on the streets and I went over 2 hrs and it doesn't matter, you'll be fine. Good luck everyone! I definitely love this place ‍ Namaste. I posted the two classes I attended.
