Through a bit of trial and error I finally found my new home with Dr. Lakshmi Palakurthi and could not be happier. The main reason I highly recommend Sirene is purely because Dr. Lakshmi takes a wholistic approach during consultations and discusses her treatment recommendations in a way that connects your body's overall health & wellness to whichever concern you're having. She never recommends treatments you don't require and looks out for her patients by informing them of potential manufacturer coupons to help save on different treatments. I know she has many clients, however, with her knowledge and attention to details during the consultations you feel like you're her only client. Her treatment approach is by far more clinical rather than business. Its difficult to describe until you meet with her, but her passion for skincare and wellness is evident and clear as day. To say she is exceedingly knowledgeable about her treatments is an understatement. Dr. Lakshmi is a true Skin Care and Wellness Professional who continuously researches, studies, and learns about innovative techniques and how to deliver the best results to her patients. All in all, if you are on the fence about choosing, or priced out (in my old situation) of your current spa I would HIGHLY recommend Sirene. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, and it was so easy to book an appointment. Dr. Palakurthi has amazing bedside manner and demonstrated excellent product knowledge of toxins. I had xeomin, which is pretty routine for me, but this was my first time getting to see the product prepared before my own eyes. She asked me if I had any sensitivity to shots, and I admitted that toxin injections could sometimes be painful for me. She applied a bit of lidocaine to help with the pain, which I've never been offered before. The medspa also offers many other services that aren't advertised on the website. Overall, I really enjoyed my whole experience, and highly recommend it for anyone seeking beauty treatment services. I already booked a followup appointment for next week!

After several minutes she asked how could she help. Since I had just spoken to her on the phone I announced my name and she had been expecting me. I signed a waiver and was led to the room in which I would receive my bikini wax. It looked immediately unsanitary. Wax was everywhere and I soon came to realize why. She instructed me to undress from waist down and lie on the table. I asked her for something to cover myself up with. She said she didn't have anything and kind of chuckled. I guess my expression was a surprised one because she finished it with I'm going to see everything anyway and left the room. Again, I should have left but I just wanted to be waxed so badly, I stayed. She entered the room as I lie there ass out! She dips a stick in God knows what and proceeded to pile the wax on my pubic hairs when I noticed she didn't have the linen strips I asked her what was she going to use she said just the wax and assured me that I could relax. I clearly could not as she begin chipping away at the wax one hair at a time it was torture! Wax was flying everywhere. It was such a painful, agonizing experience. I get waxed all the time! But since I just relocated to the area it has been quite difficult for me to find a wax specialist. I stopped her not even half way through and was like are you almost done no worries about the back I can't take it. I went through another 15 minutes of SHEER terror as she picked the wax off piece by piece it flying everywhere!! Now mind you the whole time I'm hearing her brag about her technique and how she eventually only wants to do waxing but so many of our people don't get it done and her level of training...BULLSHIT! I was being tortured!! DON'T GO HERE!! It's been two months later and I'm still recovering!! Hair bumps that I've never had in my life!! Then the non- sterilized rag that she used to dip it in cold water and use compressions on my crouch because she said my body temperature was rising making it difficult for the wax to harden.
