We paid $207 to these scammers with the promise that the results will be in 3 to 5 business days. Oh yes, and they request a tip when you pay for the DNA test online, which is extremely tacky. This is not a bar where we are receiving complementary drinks ! That should've been an immediate red flag, but we chose to overlook it. I called on Monday November 3 to follow up on the results. They tried to charge me an additional $300 so I could get the results by Wednesday. Of course we did not pay that and decided to wait it out until the fifth business day. Today is the sixth business day and not only are the results not in but they have not been picking up our calls. We were promised by their staff initially, the results were going to be emailed on Thursday, November 6th and ofc that never happened. According to their staff, the contracted Anytime Lab facility that they use stated the results were ready. Fast-forward to today, Nov. 7th and no results and no call back from their supposed manager Alyson whom I've left voicemails for. I've called numerous amounts of times and they continue to forward our calls to voicemail. Not to mention, I've been hung up on by Brianna and Brandon on November 6, allegedly by accident. These people are scammers and run from them! They take advantage of people's desperation and try to extort as much money as they can. They could care less if you receive the results or not and how it's impacting your child or your family. I plan to escalate this as far as I can, and to also notify their alleged accrediting bodies listed on their websites as well as already having filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As a healthcare professional, and the critical care field for 20 years, these people are unethical and their treatment of the public is unacceptable!

They get you in and out very quickly and the blood draws are painless. Their app makes things easier as I can make an appointment any time day or night, and I can check in as I'm walking in the door. They close at 330 yet at 315 the checkin window was down. She immediately apologized for being a few minutes late, lady with a long braid said "yeah we were trying to close" then she yelled through the door to the other lady to come help her. Then told her "you need to check in so she can actually come out and get you" The other lady with glasses came to the front and said "I have to wait for my computer to reboot before I can sign back in" They went back to the room, the lady with the braids said "I'll draw her while you do the paperwork" other lady said okay then asked her for ID etc. she gave them to her when the lady with the braids tied her arm up then with ZERO warning or saying anything, stabbed the needle in her arm and started drawing. Then said "we need a urine sample too, take this cup to the bathroom and when you're done put it in the little basket then come back to the room she will have paperwork for you to sign" labs and paperwork were done at 3:27.MIND YOU she had a SCHEDULED APPT and they CLOSE at 330. She was barely 5 minutes late and THEIR computer jammed up. There was no reason for the rudeness or the aggression. This is verbatim what she texted me I just changed the me's to she/her. This was uncalled for! If you hate your job or people or yourselves that much, don't work there!

Do NOT go here! My complaints with this facility are as follows:…read more 1) It is virtually impossible to get someone on the phone. I spent literal HOURS trying to get through. I would go through phone prompt hell to be told, for example, that I was 3rd in line waiting only to either a) have the phone ring over 100 times and then hang up on me or b) I would just be stuck on hold for half an hour. 2) Their changing rooms are just cubicles with curtains on them. I was already feeling distinctly uncomfortable as they were walking around with a workman, discussing what they wanted done. So I quickly took my top off and put on the gown and sat down to take my shoes off, only to then have one of the employees PEEK IN THE CURTAIN AT ME. She asked me, without any trace of embarrassment at getting caught, if I required any assistance. Um, NO, I don't. She then peeked in AGAIN when walking by after my MRI and I was changing back into my clothes. If you do cannot tell if anyone is in the changing room simply by the fact that the curtain is CLOSED, then try knocking or clearing your throat. There is ZERO reason that you should be peeping in on people while they are changing their clothes! 3) The person who did my MRI was nice, but there was zero communication either before or during my MRI as to how long the process would be. My appointment was at 3 and I got there early to fill out paperwork, and I didn't get out of there until after 4:20. I will never go to this place ever again.
