They are a true concierge pharmacy, and the level of personalized care they provide is something I didn't think existed anymore. They have gone above and beyond for me time and time again--making sure I never go without medications that I depend on, helping me when I misplaced important prescriptions, and even delivering my medications directly to me when I wasn't able to get there. What truly sets them apart is that they genuinely care. They know their patients by name, they take the time to answer questions, they work directly with your physicians when needed, and they advocate for you every step of the way. I never feel rushed, ignored, or like I'm just another prescription to fill. As someone who takes multiple medications and has complex medical issues, having a pharmacy I can trust has made an incredible difference in my life. Their professionalism, compassion, reliability, and attention to detail are second to none. If you or someone you love has chronic health conditions, takes multiple medications, or simply wants a pharmacy that actually puts patients first, I cannot recommend Courtyard Pharmacy highly enough. I can not believe the service at this Pharmacy! I recently moved and picked this pharmacy due to…read moreit's proximity to our home. My doctor phoned in my prescription at around 8 am. At 8:30 this pharmacy called me and asked me when I'd like to pick up my script! I was sure there would be a wait, so I called to check and the person I spoke with told me it was ready and I could come in at any time. I arrived 15 minutes later and when I walked in, the pharmacist asked, "Are you Dan?" and after checking ID, etc walked from behind the counter and proceeded to go over every medicine in the bag, one by one making sure I understood the instructions. Total time inside was less than 10 minutes, and I've never received service like this at a pharmacy! Thankfully, I don't fall ill often, but the next time I do, I'll absolutely be back. What a wonderful way to do business!

The young woman was a bit more helpful but the older male was rude. When asked if he has a tape measure the footprint he said he didn't have one, yet he was quick to point out a sign on the wall that he had up for 20 years, "NO RETURN, NO REFUNDS". AS i can respect that policy due to the nature of the products and the industry, it was surprising that in 20 years no one asked fo r a tape measure. I even brought my old shower chair to compare, but he didnt offer to show a floor demo......as did the second place i went to only 10 minutes further on Ventura and Shirley. That palce not only had a floor model, they were happy to assemble a new one and discard my old chair. Bottom line: Shop elsewhere!
