My mother is an elderly women and has been going to Vernon Main Pharmacy for years. She feels comfortable and they speak fluently in Spanish. Without hesitation she can call whenever she has any questions or concerns. She can always call them and be treated with care and respect. Just yesterday after visiting her doctor and explaining her symptoms, sadly she was not helped and most of all her symptoms/diagnose were overlooked. Not to mentioned my mother is diabetic. When arriving to the pharmacy she spoke with Laura and she immediately had the pharmacist Stephanie consult and talk to my mother. She listened and ask questions that help narrow what my mother was doing wrong. This pharmacy had the professionalism and empathy to meet my mother's needs.
