Glad I took the chance. Rick works on both PCs and Apple laptops. My Macbook Air had a virus which was beyond me. My Mac is an older model but I hoped to get another few years out of it. Instead, they said they fixed, they did not, and then when I took it back they tried to convince me that the screen "burned out", which it absolutely did not. They may be able to help people with printer configuration, phone fixes and that sort of stuff, but when it comes to an actual repair on a laptop, forget it. I have been a software design engineer for 40 years, they don't have a clue outside of simple fixes. I highly recommend seeking other resource for any real repair work. I will still charge almost $90 and they didn't accomplish anything. I will end up having to spend time and repair it myself. Was just trying to save my own hassle, but if you want something done right, I guess you gotta do it yourself. I suggest staying away from the corporate, high volume repair stores, the hire mostly flunkies who don't really have a clue. And they weren't really all that nice to me either. Not impressed. I won't be back, that's for certain.

I gave Concept Technology a call in hopes they could fix my problem. They took care of business! Even though it was a Friday afternoon and this problem sent me into a minor binge drinking episode, Concept Technology took care of everything with ease. The Tech Guy, Shane, could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and effective. He fixed everything, and even stayed at work a couple of extra hours (on a freaking Friday night!) to take care of our issues. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED!!! Thank you for everything!!!
