She fixed it expertly and due to a bad zipper (low cost dress) she even took out the zipper, replaced it with a new one, and added a secure bridal hook and eye and the row of beautiful buttons and hooks! She definitely takes all the care and heart she would have if you were her own daughter. She gave me wonderful European cookies as a treat to celebrate. Robin called me after two days of trying to remove the stain & explained that she had tried to remove the stain unsuccessfully; however she had one more treatment but it could permanently damage the dress & wanted to advise me first.
