We were on time for our appointment, and were seated in a very few minutes. Our pedicures were done well, taking about 45 - 55 minutes all told, including polish, but not gel-coat. The technicians were friendly, courteous, and solicitous. Their English wasn't great, but a LOT better than my Vietnamese. All of the staff with whom we spoke were friendly and polite.
