Absolutely zero customer service. My friends and I stopped by at 9:40pm on Friday night and were treated as if we were inconveniencing the staff by stopping in for a quick smoke. They wouldn't allow us access to the humidor even though they were still open for another 20 mins! To the old guy who were the hat behind the counter on 12/8/2023, you're an asshole and you should be ashamed of yourself for treating good paying customers the way that you did! Will never be back! thanks for helping my friends and I find a much better cigar spot for all of our future hang outs. Your location is now forever shit and we won't be back! I traveled up from NC to visit family locally. The Wifey was at the mall and this spot is a 5 minute Uber up the road. I dropped on mid day to take a look and a grab a stick to smoke. Since I was an out of state visitor, the staff afforded me the VIP lounge(Many thanks for the northern hospitality). What an awesome place; great decor, roomy with plenty of seating, card and pool tables, and well located TVs. The ventilation system seems to be on point; no smoke cloud or stale smells. The members enjoy a BYOB option with a super clean wet bar for use. The humidor is at least 600 sq ft with a very good selection and very reasonable pricing. They offer several membership options and perks that include discounts, lockers, and access. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This is what other longes should emulate. I would encourage a visit to this place. If the second location I the Southington area is the same, check it out too. Well done! read more

Being a frequent guest at their other location and now visiting this one, I can definitely say that they are serious about providing a great experience to new and existing clients! My husband loves this place. The selection and decor are top shelf, and the "club room" is well-worth the monthly "fees". The selection of available cigars is varied, yet learns towards higher end offerings. I think the local chamber should do a business after hours meeting here. There is definitely plenty of room, and I'm sure all the fellows would love it!! As for ladies, I would much prefer going to a nice place like this while my husband enjoyed his cigar that one of the local holes in the wall where I constantly feel overwhelmed by smoke due to poor air handling systems. I love the smell of a great cigar (and buy my husband lots of them), but without coming home smelling like an ashtray. MB's, in both locations, has nice lounges. I don't know if the Milford location has a visitors lounge or not, but what I have seen looks great. The reasons for 3 stars...1) The cigar selection is average at best. Certainly anyone can go in and find something but they do not have a phenomenal choice. In my opinion, there is a lot of room on the shelves to bring in more choices. I wouldn't pick this as my regular cigar store. 2) I saw another reviewer felt like he/she was ignored, and I understand where they are coming from. I have never felt outright ignored but I have always gotten a feeling of indifference when I walk in. Perception is reality and I get a vibe that if you are an outsider you are not part of the club. It seems like an old boys club. read more

I have visited the store in Milford based on great reviews. Well it is very nice, but the cigar selection lacks terribly. Big room but the cigars are spaced out to take up half the space. Nor did I find many of the cigars listed on their website at the Milford location. I could go on but will not, the other fact is their cigars are priced 2-3 dollars higher then the smaller stores. I guess everyone has to pay for the leather furniture. read more

I was in the area and had some time to kill before picking up my son at a party nearby. Walked in, and headed for the humidor to pick out a few sticks. It has a code release lock on it, and I couldn't get in. There was a large group of people there, but no one approached me, or said anything to me at all. Being that I couldn't get any cigars, I left. I'm not sure if you need to be a member there to buy cigars or what. But I did wait a few minutes before leaving. I'd have to say that my opinion of the place is "unimpressed". read more
