Their website is full of misleading pricing information, and they will not give you a quote when you schedule anything. When you call, you get an ai bot too. Probably so they can avoid telling you the truth. A sewer line inspection cost $500, when surrounding companies charge $250. The only sewer line diagnostic prices on their website say $99. You should absolutely be notified when scheduling what the actual price will be, if it's different than posting. Not showing up at the inspection with a ridiculous price knowing n there's a very limited window to have these inspections done. When called, the general manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The individual that came out to do my inspection was kind and professional, though. So this is obviously a management/owner deficiency.

Originally, they were going to go through the basement floor, but discovered asbestos tile, so they routed it along a wall in the basement instead. This part went well, and I am satisfied. Work on the pipe was completed approximately 9/8/22. It has been two months (today is 11/11/22), and I still don't have a sidewalk, and my walkway is half gone. The yard is dirt because I was told not to plant grass seed since they'd be out to do the cement. I reached out several times, sometimes I'd get a reply; sometimes not. I made the mistake of paying in full when they were done with the sewer pipe - not the cement. Trick or treaters were tripping in a hole in the grass between the missing sidewalk and the street. NOW there apparently is a cement shortage (two months after the work), so who knows if this will be done before winter. I have no way of recouping this because I made the mistake of paying in full, so there is no reason for them to come out. Very dissatisfied. The photo is from 9/8/22. They completed water heater install (one week after consultation) but couldn't finish sink that day. Said they'd come back next day. I paid the 5k and sat on my back porch with the guy who told me this would include tomorrow's work. next day no one came. company tried pushing us the following week. when I pushed back and said I already paid for services, they sent another tech the following day. Guy said he knew what he was doing, I didn't sit and watch. When he was done he called me in and there was a pump installed.
