Im panicking...my daughter is fussy and my car insurance has me on hold for 10 minutes and counting. I have no time to waste with a little in the backseat. So incredibly thankful for this man and this tow company that came to our rescue in less than 15 min. He gave me clear direction as what to do in finding a tire and what closest place to look while on the phone before he made it to us. Ive waited for tow services before and everytime was close to 45 min to a hr before one came...this was the first time help came so quick in our time of need. He took the initiative and called a reliable tire service company to have my new tire put on right away. This was the most polite and kind hearted man that gave us the best customer service and just a all around stand up man. Just his kindness and swiftness at his job made my whole crappy week and weekend better knowing good people with good intentions are still out here to help in the best possible way in any situation.

The price for the car was fair, but the car needed some new tires and a few other minor things that would not have affected the price on most cars that much. However, this is a Maserati. Parts and service on these cars are not cheap. Chris was very attentive when addressing my concerns with the car. Unfortunately, the sales manager and I didn't see eye to eye. I felt the minor flaws diminished the value of the car further than he did. Me and my wife went home that night thinking we were just too far apart to make a deal. Then that same night I received a call from Nik. Nik asked if he took care of the issues I had with the car if I would be interested and taking another look. I told him I would. In just two days I got a call from Chris letting me know that the car was back. We went to look it over and not only did Nik take care of my issues he then asked if he could take another look at my trade himself. After looking it over he came back and offered me more than we originally agreed to. What a class act! So, while at first my trip to the dealership wasn't as I had hoped, I am glad to have been able to meet Nik and see firsthand just how dedicated he is to his customers and his team. You can bet our next vehicle purchase will also be from Tom Naquin. Thank you again, to all of you at Tom Naquin, for the wonderful service and positive experience. And, just in case you're wondering, yes, my wife's Maserati will do 185.

I brought my car in because I had snapped a bolt in my subframe while replacing the control arm and didn't have the tools to fix the mistake myself. I needed the car same day, and this was the only place with availability. I asked them to replace the control arm and do the alignment for me along with removing the bolt. I received a quote for $1400 dollars to drop the subframe. The worker there had justified his decision citing the gas lines, wires were in the way, etc. He mentioned that this pricing was worst case scenario, if the "professional mechanics" snaps the other 6 bolts. Never heard of anyone quoting on the bases of every bolt snapping and charging an hour of labor per bolt. I took the car to Sweet's Auto, and they finished the job in 4 hours. Control Arm, Alignment, and Bolt. They charged $400 for the same job. $1000 difference in pricing in excusable. Take your vehicle somewhere else, I wouldn't trust these guys.
