And he gets results! My teeth had not bee well cared for when I first went to see him. Now they are in good shape. He gives you options and tells you the likely outcome of each option. I also had a cleaning today by Dental Hygienist Catherine, who is excellent at her job and also very personable, always checking to see if I'm OK. However, recently, I had an amazingly positive experience receiving treatment from Dr. Stepanian at Reach Clinic. I needed 4 fillings, three of them in difficult to access locations. Dr. Stepanian did an amazing job of helping me to be comfortable with minimal pain, while working confidently and efficiently with her assistant to get the job done efficiently and with care and attention. I felt the knowledge, strength and experience in her hands as she worked on fixing my teeth. Upon my insisting to speak to the dentist who did the extraction they called him after arguing with me for a while. The dentist corrected the charge, however the receptionist still billed the wrong charge to my insurance, and only after me contacting my insurance providers and me sending them the printed proofs of this the insurance company corrected the charges. After experiencing this, I checked the history of my billings, only to find that they did same thing in 2023. In short - they are cheats.

Both places confirmed I am good and no need for any surgery The routine cleaning was pretty good, but the random thousands dollars of unnecessary procedures was just not acceptable, and when I was trying to discuss the potential complications, the doctor just said, "it's laser, very safe " Anyway, I'm not a professional dentist, maybe it's a edge case and can have multiple interpretations, but I feel being pushed and almost threatened for doing their surgeries.

Immediately after the apnt I felt a rough surface when running my tongue over my front teeth . When I looked in the light i could see scratch marks all over my teeth from the scapel instrument the hygenist was using . When I talked to her on the phone afterwards she said that the utensils shouldn't leave scratch mark's unless the person has weaker enamel . She then went on the say that it was my own fault for not taking proper care of my teeth ! I couldn't believe this response ! I go to a professional trusting that my teeth will be taken care of and trusting that they have the knowledge /experience to take care of whatever condition my teeth are in and take just as much care and mindfulness in their treatment as I do at home with my teeth . I now have permanent scratch marks etched into the enamel of my teeth... for the rest of my life ! From one visit to this hygienist ! I cried , this is immensely upsetting , im 28 . My teeth are already sensitive and now because of malpractice from one apnt to this hygenist my teeth now have scratch marks through the surface of my enamel ! . Ive had many many cleanings in my life and until now i have never had and any scratch mark's left ALL OVER MY TEETH . To make matters worse when I spoke to the hygenist on the phone she refused to take any responsibility and denied she did ANY damage , even when I had come in earlier that day and looked at the scratch mark's clear as day with dr. Dhir ! Dr dhir did not want to admit it at first but when I took the mirror and shone light on them he finally did admit he could see the scratch marks as you cannot mistake it with the naked eye . He said I could try a polishing to see if that would help . I told him I was going to get a second opinion from another dentist first as I was nervous about more damage done to my teeth . When I saw another doctor he immediately noticed the malpractice and was also very disheartened at the sloppy job as there is not much that can be done once the enamel is scratched like this ! He told me to try and see if the polishing helps at all .. When I called dr. Dhirs office back to inquire about trying a polishing the receptionist rudely told me that they will not have me back in their office because the hygenist claimed that I was "swearing" at her when I spoke to her on the phone earlier and hung up on me . I feel like crying . Not only has this dental office ruined my teeth for the rest of my life they refuse to help me or do anything about it . I cannot believe this . Everyone I've spoken to has advised me to sue this office for malpractice and I am going to absolutely going to look into. I am very disheartened and appalled at the hygenists denial of a malpractice you can see with the naked eye . It is majorly upsetting to have permanent damage done to my teeth after one visit to someone who is meant to be taking care of them! It's a horrible feeling to know that my enamel I have been so diligent at taking care of up to this point will have scratch mark's through it for the rest of my life ! I also want to mention that dr. Dhir did a filling that left some permanent sensitivity on one of my back molars. This has been my experience with this office and to be completely honest it was downright awful .
