I have been treated by Michelle and Julia in 2 different visits and they are beyond AMAZING injectors. Starting on December, I tried to scheduling an appointment and whoever I dealt on the phone / emails was a different story...first I was told I needed to know which procedure I wanted before scheduling an appointment. I sent an email reporting this and explaining that the first time around, it was decided during my consultation, after all, that's what a consultation is for. I received an email kind of stating this was a misunderstanding and was given a couple of opening dates. Recently, I had Botox and filler with Julie and would like to share my positive experience. Julie had finished my Botox injections and was putting some filler in my lips. She was half way done when the entire building lost power. We waited about 20 minutes in complete darkness. I was a little anxious but didn't want to leave halfway through the procedure. Julie ended up finishing my lip injections with the help of her staff. They improvised by using the flashlight app on their cell phones which provided enough light to complete the procedure. Michelle and her staff are awesome! They are very professional & knowledgeable. I would say Michelle is the best in her field. I was referred to her by a friend and now I happily refer my friends. I would say to trust them if they say there is downtime because sometimes there is and you will need the extra time. I try to schedule my peels on thursday or friday afternoons because there is a bit of downtime with the peels, but once Im done shedding the results are amazing and well worth it! I receive had microdermabrasion done at other places but nothing has worked as well as the peels I have received here. I have also had botox and fillers done with Michelle.
