Holly was super personable and very attentive. I have wavy and fine hair that has presented a challenge for other stylists in the past, who typically give me a blunt cut or layers that aren't compatible with my curl pattern. Holly took the time to cut my hair in a way that aligned with my vision while also taking into account the limitations of my hair type. My waves look so great now, even with little to no styling! If you have curly or wavy hair and are looking for a cute and modern cut, I can't recommend Holly enough. Focusing on the salon as a whole, I have no complaints. Pricing was also reasonable, and booking online was easy. They also offer bang trims, which I appreciate. The overall vibe of the salon was also very nice- the decor was tasteful, and the Halloween decor was so cute. There was also plenty of room to wait in. I'm looking forward to my next haircut! :)

When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

I met Jessica at a salon in Colorado and was beyond impressed with her ability to help me achieve the results I wanted on my 1st visit. When she changed salons, I followed. When she announced she was moving to Arizona, I was so bummed. She did however refer me to a friend of hers, that did a great job. Coincidentally, I ended up transferring to AZ a few years later and was thrilled to reconnect with Jessica once again. You can imagine the relief I felt, knowing I wouldn't have to "stylist hop" until I found someone who did a great job with my hair. I'm settled here so hopefully Jessica stays, so I get to keep my stylist. I should mention that I drive 1 hour each way for my appointments with her. Jessica is friendly and easy to talk to. She's professional and always has great suggestions if you're looking to change up your style.
